Wounds and Pain Poetrix
Wounds don't want scars.
The pains don't want to fight back.
       They want nonexistence!...

Premium Member The Look
that look

soft as owl wings
your eyes caressed his cheek
and the room dimmed
in deference to your love
the rattle of plates and streams
of patron conversations divided
then flowed past into nonexistence...

The Self
In the light it cannot hide
Separation from self on the inside
Filled with a fiery persistence
Recognizing myself in nonexistence
The path is thin and distinct
Right and wrong are long extinct
Following the world's credo
Only develops a growing ego...

Better
A futile and doomed love
May be worse than nothing,
For nothing is nonexistence --
No impact, no effect, no feeling;
But this drains emotion and motivation.
This is my talent buried in the earth,
A fey magnet for thoughts and hopes,
A roach motel for the soul;
Its synthetically sweet fumes beckon,
And enervate and kill....

Premium Member Morning Moment
Sitting in the silence, hands hold dhyana mudra and energy flows into a sea of tranquility. The light envelops my being and physical sensations slip into nonexistence, as my guide approaches. A morning moment lends itself to new wisdom.

Wandering Souls
Wandering human beings each
Enslaved by personally true doctrines of the existence or
Inescapably twisted with the nonexistence of the Existing One
Rampantly whirls around to face thousands of destinies all in one:
Death in color: paganism, science cutting edge, madness, and suicide.

The Wrighter's World
You foul beast of Love
– You who pounces on hearts–
Come closer to me one last time!
Dance with me again,
So that when you’ve ripped what you thought my soul
Into shreds of nonexistence,
I will populate the world of pages
With our descendants,
Rhymes and the lack of them,
And you will see
The pen, mightier than your claws!

Sweet Girl
Tounge-tied
With a milk mustache
My inner child blushes
LIke a school girl
Who believes her cycle
Will emanate a bad smell
Chin-up little lady
Womanhood has been deemed
Nothing but reproductive
As of yet
Don't be heavy hearted
No one likes a girl who thinks too much
Darken your lashes
Color your lips with red
And don't forget to always smile
Hurry
Do it now
Before Womanhood fades back
Into nonexistence...

Premium Member Possible - Impossible
When I was young, oh life,
the breeze of your dreams gently caressed
my enchanted innocent heart
making it believe that all it wished for was
within the reach of the possible.

With the passing of unforgiving time though
and the coming of inescapable old age,
the scourging sun of merciless reality
evaporated youth's illusion:
Of impossibility's nonexistence!

Premium Member Loss of Faith
I tarried for a moment...
I was tender to the sun.
Not sure I would be welcome...
I lay burdened by the one.

My loss of Faith was tragic...
Life's filter gone awry.
It seems of some importance
As I face towards the sky.

Who am I to grovel
For a life that's gone askew?
But one who stands exulted
And in Faith begins anew.

I fear not the nonexistence
Some associate with death.
The Grace of God awaits me
As I take my final breath.

           The End...

Shadows of Nonexistence
i bite my tongue until i feel
myself running over my teeth
all steel and ice water
unfeeling and calm
where the hell has all the love gone?
where is the warmth i used to cherish?
where is the truth i used to hold?
my god, what have i become?
i wonder if you still recognize me
with this mockery of a mask
tattered paper mache hanging in strips from an invisible face
i am but a shadow of wells' creation
irony, sweet irony
to be nothing more than a shadow
of nonexistence...

Nonexistence,
'Til then, the tiny strings of time and space, Will have to settle for e t r o n p y, Variably echoing the preset notion Of all things that have been born, "We are because we have not yet ceased
to be."
For now, I am Waiting, I find myself wondering....
