In middle of Mediterranean Sea
Lies a petrified pirate ship
She froze in place during a fierce battle
Her secrets and treasures locked inside
Wait here.

Merchild Chases Goldfish

goldfish loved the chase
Merchild did too
They swam good and hard
In the waters so blue
goldfish got caught
But slipped away easily
A regular chasing day

Mastered the Mediterranean Sea
Keepers of the flame
Custodian of Egyptian knowledge
Their horses made of moonlight
The world shall never be the same

All Is Marvelous Until

marvelous ambiance, first vacation with preteen
waiter tells us the sea is called Thalassa here
Mediterranean Sea right? She giggles, flirting.
All is terrific until she discovers kleftiko is lamb.

Yet still overdue

It drives with a jig

Drowning
A fledgling flew, 
alas, wings to small and weak
it landed in a puddle
and quickly drowned. 
Tiny tot too dies easily
in ponds
lakes
rivers 
bath tubs
and in the Mediterranean Sea 
only few of them
die by accident.

If I were a Submarine

If I were a submarine
I would jump out of the water
Checking to see if other ships
Were doing what they ought-er

Jules Verne would come back
And write lively stories about me
I would be deemed the sheriff
Of the Mediterranean Sea

God save people from them please

   Israel will be free
     from Muslim killing sprees

   Israel will be free
     from screaming leftist banshees  

   Israel will be free
     from antisemitic UN decrees

   Israel will be free
     from the Jordan River
       to the Mediterranean Sea ~

          Israel will be free

of the Mediterranean Sea,
at Benalmadena
the Spring is eternal.

When the sun rises,
over the olive grove,
in my soul 
I hoped
that I will never
go old...

Years have passed
and now
when the sun rises
over the sea
and over the olive grove,
I enjoy in all my heart
that at Benalmadena
the Spring is eternal...

Red and blue of Torre Agbar,
as I wandered this night of dreams
capturing spirit of Torre Agbar,
    city jewel -
    magnificent for me.

Red and blue of this great tower
near the Mediterranean Sea,
etched pure on my good night memory -
    Torre Agbar -
    splendidly.

Six decades after the slavers were gone
Came along the dragon
With fire to melt our mineral ore, trees to chop
And heat for a sweatshop
Politicians shake hands with eyes closed, as few hands get oiled
So they build the castles, as the majority poor toil
Nothing to show in the 21st century
A homeland is no longer a sanctuary
There is a death toll at shores of the Mediterranean sea
If we are not filling up forms for green visa lottery

A multiplicity of colors splashed across a darkening sky,
Reflected on the azure canvass of the Mediterranean Sea.
God's creative handiwork is there for all to see,ever changing,
His omnipresence is visible even to one who cannot see.
It is in the aroma of the blossom of Spring, 
In the smell of a storm. His very breath is in the wind.
No matter what you see, smell or touch, He is there.
His Glory is our Treasure.

But many Africans die daily in Mediterranean sea  
Sad to see how natural resources are robbing daily,  
Evaluating the economy of African countries
None  is closer to a poorest European Country
Complicating system which oparates to favour 
EU Countries,their partners and wreck Africa.
