when we are not the doer
and there’s no one here within?
What’s there to be done,
if we’re gripped by bliss currents,
setting nodes of form aflame?
Long to meditate with you by the Mediterranean sea.
Long to medicate with you until we are filled with glee.
Long to sedate you with my siren singing voice as you just be.
My BFF’s daughter just gave birth to miracle number 2.

lazy, languid Spring afternoon
meditate with fragrant herb tea
nature entertains while I sip
orioles liquid, whistling tune
perched on birdbath shaking their wings
I love watching your hands
when you hold the camera
when you touch the area
when you move the spot
when you caress the glass
I love to meditate on the art
describing your joys
I want to meditate
to sit in that state of silence all alone
to bring tranquility to mind
and have meditation take me home.
