Hustle bustle
all the day;
chitter chatter
all the way.
Pitter patter
goes the feet;
credit debit
watch them fit.
Ponder wonder,
goes the mind;
"holla! did i
make a find?"
Whimmy whammy
swing the gates;
flimmy flammy
"we're in haste!"
Blunder Flounder
through the gates;
helter skelter
what a waste!
gather wares for market day
and cauldrons of the land
baneful stock for the boiling pot
before the evening’s end
tankards spill and taverns heave
upon these Beltane days
see magic folk and sorcerers
on an otherwise malaise
then pack the carts and disappear
before the robin sees
and woe betide the straddlers
caught there on Gallows’ Eve
Where’s Wally? where’s Wally?
The customers all cried
Where’s Wally? Where’s Wally?
Do you think he’s gone outside
It’s market day, it’s busy
It just shouldn’t be allowed
We’re never going to find him
If he’s out there in the crowd
We know he’s got his glasses
Woolly hat and stripy vest
It’s kind of like a camouflage
He blends in with the rest
Where’s Wally? Where’s Wally?
Wherever can he be
Don’t worry, here’s Wally
He was sitting next to me
T-girl4real, how I wish my muse and yours
G-rows beyond the squirt from our pens — But
I-n whose sheet would our pen speak when words
R-usts in the trumpet of our soul?
L-ike Robert Frost, will you follow 'the road not taken'? Its the
4th market day today, buy your own drink;
R-ed wine from Solomon's bar- drink and
E-njoy, stagger in its knowledge; wait
A minute! You're a teetotaller right?
L-ets leave this yearn, that thirst, get your pen and lets kill some pages.
