The luckless leper’s lousily lobbing
Lame libel at Lords and Ladies along
His lonesome lane, a lizard in limbo
Loafing on his lowly laurels, laughing.

There’s a prickly old man who seemed lazy
Yet while loafing he pushed up a daisy
And said with some practice
He’d force up a cactus
Just to prove that the gods must be crazy

Miracle of Miracles, look what the cat dragged in
I suppose you been loafing in that den of sin
Those so called friends of yours are nothing but fools
Yet they prey upon your soul like a bunch of tortured ghouls
I aught to make you pay for all that wasted wine
I aught to throw you out you silly drunken swine
But try as I might I simply can't deny
I'll always love you, though I can't explain why
