The wind lays
Sunbeams shine through
Dust laiden fog
Ole black crow
Lands 'pon weaken pecan limb
Gogyohka form....
i headed out somewhere
away from everything I knew
away ~ where i could start anew
and in my head i was already halfway there

When love lays in full bloom
Open the door
Someone said, “Behold, I stand at the door and knock”
MY CAT LAYS IN MY LAP-
the cat sat on my lap
the condescending, crusty cat sat on my lazy, large lap

With Love of God A Lamb Lays
With love of God saw a lamb that lays;
For food wanders while he will graze;
Out in field,
That appealed;
Plays with God and gives Him praise.

Limerick: Once a bold billionaire from Ma-Lays-She-Ah
Once a bold billionaire from Ma-Lays-She-Ah*
Bought up politicos to militia
They put his money to work
Called him a right proper jerk
Now he pulls rickshaws barefoot in absentia.

By the sweet waters,
Her beauty lays,
Exotic in its graces,
The waves dance,
Sensually,
Like champagne,
To the shore,
As they sigh,
In the mango breeze,
The palm trees leaves,
Caressing, and staying sublime,
While the moon,
Bathes her exotic shore,
With its red wine

My mom left me home alone
With nothing there to eat
So I took the bag of Lays Potato Chips
And decided to take a seat.
I wasn't too hungry,
I had just eaten cake
But this was an opportunity
I had to take.
I ate until my stomach hurt.
Everything grew tight, including my shirt.
The bag was empty, finally
But there was something wrong
I was still hungry!
He lays alone in the shadows,
Waiting for night to fall.
Seeking peace in his nightmares
Thinking nobody cares at all.
He wonders if he did enough,
As lightning strikes his cold soul.
The thunder explodes in his mind,
Of all those dreams he never told.
In his coffin he sleeps in slient torment,
When his spirit flees to another realm.
Where the darkness and fire rule the land,
As down, down, down in the pit he fell.
