Kneel and Reveal Appeal
Horn Haiku
we started to kneel
what this always would reveal
God has much appeal
Jim Horn
a world away
in a tangerine field
where the clouds kneel
on the wet dirt
a dear friend
smiles as the lights
come on
My father is dead
I kneel by gray winter seas
Fjords echo my rage
Grief swoops down from the heavens
Like hawks grabbing prey
spotted burclover
miniature three leaf blossoms
decorate meadow
leprechaun friendly
is that his little top hat
i kneel closer
Sand between my toes
a breeze
... inhaled memories
almost forgotten ...
I kneel down
and pray
for your memory
to always stay
Donald Trump went to church today
Ostensibly to kneel and pray
The vicar wept
As Donald slept
Trump snores sounded more like a bray ......
A kiss upon your parted lips
Restrained and daring
My silken gown slips
Before me you kneel
Intent alert and mute
My senses are surreal
All we, like sheep, have gone astray;
And turned everyone to his own way;
The Lord hath said the words obey
It is to him we kneel and pray!
Never will the soul kneel to despair
Because ease by God's will is coming
And with it joy and laughter.
Chokri Omri
(Tunisia, 02/02/2023)
Prisoner of God's creative flamboyance,
I allow the wonders to guide my pen,
I overdose on beauty,
and kneel at the splendor of every sunrise.
Though some beware the Ides of March
My mum adds some extra starch
My shirt is like steel
My trousers won't kneel
With the zip as stuck as a larch.
I'd propose to you, but my knees are shot
To kneel down hurts me a lot
Anyway, what I'd rather do
is pop the question with my arms around you
Could blame stress
Nonetheless
Must confess
Took ingress
To excess
Now I feel
Brain in reel
Never heal!
Got to kneel
Food repeal

if you say you'd kill for it.
you don't know what it is.
if you'd say you'd kill for it
kneel down and pray
see i believe in something worse
live for it.
Form:
Good people stand
When forced to kneel
Push my head
against the barrel
you point against my head
I hand in my membership to humanity
lets be something else
Writhing in the breeze,
I see it now,
The way the leaves bow to my vicious palms,
The insects kneel before me,
All they can see is my feet really,
And I end it.
Birds, kneel down,
On top of trees,
Lift up their hands
To sing hymns
To the Sun God,
Their reward is
Pure flight
As, we soar through
The gates of heavens
When your heart feels a tug
and your soul wants to worship,
and you feel a certain longing
deep within your spirit,
just kneel in prayer.
You’ll find Jesus there.
Big and Better Deal
People always want a better deal;
Highly desired with much appeal;
With Him back,
On right track;
Pray to God and before Him kneel.
Jim Horn
truth
is
the light of God
that
dwells in my soul
when
i
kneel to pray
i
shall submit to
the
word of God
and
i
shall trust and obey
His truth is the light
Why
Why you came
Then blame
I hope for
Booon you
Pull me into
Question ?
I don't have
Myself
Which is kneel
Down on your
Feet?
With love all
Jagdish bajantri
Keepers of the secret
Knowledge, powerful men
Kneel before the altar
Knowing their prayers are
Kisses on God’s lips. New
Kingdoms come and go like
Kestrels in search of food.
Blue waves cloaked in white,
Come to kneel before the shore:
Power in the sand.

I read the poem Footprints
and was inspired to write a haiku.
KNOW the Lord your God ,now
KNOCK, He will answer you
KNOWING Christ brings new life
KEEP all Jesus commands
KNEEL,submit in worship
KISS to mark fellowship
KNIT together in love
One last meal
One more cut for the feel
One more to make sure its real
One more chance to kneel
One more drink just to deal
One more life to steal
One last bteath seems so surreal
