By Poet "The computer is the delivery room for a new poem."

Pen, ink and paper join forces,
Opening up a wonderful story.
Everyone will enjoy reading,
My dancing words are now a poem.

Boros Trump? Donald Johnson? I'm confused! Which is which, hair's similar, philosophy's unproved Is this a new trend? How will it end? Will these ducktators join forces, it leaves me bemused

When the Message Has Been Spoken

When the message has been spoken
We need to open ears
Words are on display here
Am I making myself abundantly clear?
When a person is alone
They tend to hide behind shadows
But, together as a community
We join forces and learn to grow

Trickle

Lying still
Windswept
Held fast by the grime of years
The view never changes
Slowly you give to the wind and as the mountain of dirt succumbs
you drift without direction then stumble upon a friend
with minds alike you join forces to escape this filthy prison
running down, down ever faster with each new friend
at last to drip from the cill

Premium Member Stirrings

in whimsy
perfumes dance
calling out
for spring

uplifted souls
join forces
to wake nature
up to its feet

stars do align
the sun the wind
their might
spin this earth
till warm and
full of life

bells ring
it’s time
for spring
to detonate
to sing
put on its
annual parade

Exceptions To the Gray

The water’s gray and so’s the sky
And all the buildings passing by
As well as cars and people’s clothes –
The gray’s contagious, I suppose.

Yet two exceptions pierce the gloom,
Intentionally, you’d assume –
The yellow of the school bus fleet
And taxi cabs with fares to meet.

Though just for fall, some golden trees
Join forces on these yellow sprees
To brighten up a dismal day
When (mostly) everything is gray.
