Stillness ever present in void of cessation, when polarities interchange; waking to sleeping, dreaming to waking, during the pause of each half breath, divine entwined, thus in ever present stillness. 25-April-2022

Light and darkness swing
Turn by turn they hide
Yet at dawn and dusk
Hues intermingling
They collaborate

Sleep to waking
Gap within change
Void of stillness
No thought at play

In silence
In the void
No mirror

Then thus
We do

embrace the darkness

for it knows the light

squeeze and hug the clasp

untangle threads of false caress

hold on to the journey

take a seat on the ride

then pull the clutch

release and cuddle up

kiss away lost connection

align shadows and lustre

A Symposium of Feelings
a symposium of feelings
an interchange of emotions
a discussion of differing opinions
a collection of alternate points of view
a form for change
a form for growth
a form for open honest communication
is what once occurred
now the lines of communication
have been severely severed...

Weeding out our lower aspect, which we in silent contemplation detect, stretching the zone of polarity interchange, in prayerful stillness our core we rearrange, that that our unthinking reflex instinct, suffused with the perfume of love distinct, radiates the divine light, unceasingly through day & night.

Inner and outer
Attain equilibrium
The void magnetised

In the Vapor
Near the belching
condensate tanks
off the interchange,
slinks a mammal
with abnormal need

to find a blind
with water to drink
and flapping fish to eat
instead of concrete.

He sheds a scowl
under the amber glow
of buzzing sodium lamps
until veins gather force
like throbbing tributaries

that course from a source
pure in flexing purpose;
despite how we deprive
he drives to survive....

Interplay
I am interplay; Scottish-Irish
Interchange of loved-up time
With kilt and shamrock soft
And folds of flowing name:

I am he who drew his name in
Unknown place, where O’ and
Fitz, Campbell and McDonald
Loved and played their deadly
Game. I am interplay….

Where for me the distant pipes
And fiddler’s lilt, whisper to my
Ear, uncertain when to come or
Go and spoil my English sweet
Veneer....

Stymied
Stymied at the cross roads
choices left to be made,
past succumbed to rot and erode
stifled by a loss in trade.
A trickle left in amble
as climates seem to change,
movements toward a scramble
a time to evolve and interchange.

Sins of others selling soul
scurry power to a slower pace
slum-dogs roam out of control
to fill the vacuum and the space.

A slain shroud of refined mystery
confined pages of a mono history!...

Life goes by. What remains of the past is memory, coloured by perception, the perception by conditioning, mired in habit borne stagnation, borne of indulgence in narrow ego cravings. Nothing save the void of eternal stillness cognisable by inner sentience in each pulse polarity interchange, offers lasting tranquil joy.

Images fade away
All that is, is as it is
Flame within our heart

whilst enjoying the immersion
offered in this earth realm dual
enabled by pulsating magnetism
we dwell in the stillness of the void
at the pause of polarity interchange
ever present in the life dance underway
and thus nonchalance as our orientation
we witness the incessant ebb and flow
of life in motion caressing our form
as we so embrace and release
each pulse cognised by us
celebrating the offering...

Freedom
I emotionally desire the experience to be free,
where i yearn to stand undisturbed like a tree.

They say time can to so much, in my case so little,
i can feel myself interchange and becoming heavily brittle.

I long to recognize the sensation to be free,
i wish you were aware of how tender it is to be me.

My pennant days and lack of self confidence is something i cannot choose to ignore,
and now i am heartfelt like never before....

Erst desires manifest, within this dream
Burst of illusions, befuddling our mind
Thirst within our heart renewing all these forms
Worst are fears we thought we had left behind

Clue to freedom, in each breath pulsation
View void of polarity interchange
Cue, the pause of hearts metanoia
Spew joy oh hermit, in loving exchange

On Evening
On Evening
================
The sun has been trying to move
the loose boughs falling over its face,
in vain.
Out of its front door a road goes
to meet the impatient lady
waiting at the other bend.
Here truths simply interchange.
The myths remain no more myth,
their blending into realities
becomes golden with the sun.
Slowly sun pours itself a stiff liquid…

Lord, Thank You
Lord, thank you for Christmas
And forgotten friends who call
To remind us
We were once useful, after all.
Lord, thank you for friendships, and
Memories of good deeds done
That binds us
On the fragile edge of the sun.
Lord, thank you for our memory's
Landscape of love
And flowers we name at sight
And their fragrance in our hearts
Lord, thank you for Christmas
Whatever day you came
To interchange your joy and place
With my unworthy race....

Truth of Happiness
Happiness is the vital element of mind
It comes through self-satisfaction

Satisfaction is the child of self-controlling
Controlling is the power of knowing self

As a result
Happiness comes from knowledge of self

Greedless and disinterest in earthly things makes the happy
Happy fears not in death coz it's changing of existence merely

Knowledge of self is truth in happy mind
Truth has no interchange even in death

FLUX - a poetry happening

I stood up to read,
cleared my voice,took
hold of the microphone.
Eager for an encounter,
an interchange,never so
alone.
Then..
           a flux of sounds
off script,a poetry happening
burst forth from within..
spontaneous,unrehearsed
metaphor and metonymn.

In Need of a Pen
While on the bus, he tapped my arm
And asked me for a pen.
I gave him one and realized
I would not see it again.

He looked to be a homeless guy;
The pen was old and cheap
And had he asked, I would have
Told him it was his to keep.

A few stops later, pen in hand,
He found another seat
And never glanced my way again,
Our interchange complete.

I don’t give coins or dollars
When a beggar makes a plea
But the pen request resounded
With the writing part of me....

Memories
Good ones on disc drive,
Bad in mind's, oft to arrive,
Man keeps wounds alive.

Topic: memories, mind, nature (human)

Poet’s note: Memories are what this world is made of. Man tends to store his good memories on mobiles or computer disc drives, and store the bad ones closer home in the mind. What is worse, he visits them more often than he visits the good memories. If only he learns to interchange these storing places!...
