Night Light

I often sail where glitter,
stars a dear focus of mine -- 
a twinkle voyage, fore and aft,
Christ my sure steer rudder --

This is beautifully simple and peaceful. I love the image of stars as a guiding light, and how Christ is the steady rudder through life’s journey. It feels both calming and uplifting.
