I've bought my land
I have my dogs
a house surrounded by acres of woods and fields
stream water  private places
about to fill
huge libraries with my books
housekeeper, cook
Italian lovers
expert at their art
slow careful smooth touching
 entertain me keep me
satisfied
and then out again into the wild fields and woods with the dogs
best companions of all...

Blake wears a hardhat,
drives a forklift for
Metal Products.

Whitman collects
unemployment in the mail.

New words
are mined coal.

They are the drink
from bags,
the suicide in jail,
and
the housekeeper
called only by her first name.

Keeping pace
with a secret at
the speed of light
is the wisdom felt on crowded subways....

Remembering when I was a young lady a few years ago
As gazing through my best friends guest rooms window
Spellbound her twin sister fondling herself passionately
Watching two beautiful women making love, on a video
Then suddenly my girlfriends housekeeper entered and
She was the most gorgeous creation; Angelica in white..
I had long adored her British accent, as her warm heart
Seeming surprised a bit shy until; amid beauty's desires....

My house smells
Of furniture polish,
Of floor cleaners and wax
The rugs are free of dog hair
And the kitchen sparkles.
There are clean sheets
And a gleaming tub,
And the floors shine!
I, older now and
Never the best housekeeper,
Bow down to the hard working
Women who come and
Scrub and vacuum and polish,
Often singing as they work,
Who leave my house
Once again, clean and
Comfortable, and best of all,
Smelling sweet and fresh!...

sitting writing a
   poem 
While my housekeeper 
  is bury cleaning 
my apartment
   I feel a little guilty
