I've had promises before
Just give me a new dream every night
And I won't ask for more
Cesspool of unfaltering Love,
Vortex of eternal Hope.
Vanquisher of false ego;
Labyrinth of opportunities for growth.

monument to lost childhood
cold harsh memories
abandoned hope, love and dreams
never a Christmas blanket
all things shall pass away
but one seed of love,
from it grows every tree of life,
the feel of ecstasy
in the green velvet
of Om.
Form:
We have this feeling
we all know it way to well
it eats us inside
we see the person always
but fear has gripped us for good
My heart is silent today
It wants some rest
Breathing deep
Did it find needy closure
Or did it find hope
That, only time will show
Shooting for the moon
Will I land among the stars?
Really hope not...
All of this is just for you
My whole world, those eyes of blue
When in bondage your spirit flies
Your voice a distant, bleeding dove
On the table of my heart lies
The silent shadow of drooped love
Lord, I seek from You
Faith, that I may conquer death
Hope, to persevere
Love, that I may love the lost
And love You as You love me
