the caterpillar celebrates
when transformed as a butterfly
questioning not the happenstance
heart aglow it begins to fly
You need not
and in fact cannot
make an acorn
grow into an oak tree
however, happenstance
will help it to flourish.
Fallen far from favor
into virtual disrepute
'Happenstance,' replaced by
random... whatever...
Is the world a better place
i know we
aren't even
for me to say
two gether but
but whatever
if anything
anything
can
happen so in
happenstance
it already
has
Form:
Moon on the blue Nile.
Dual happenstance.
No pretense or guile.
Captured by romance.
Upon a timeless Isle.
Within a lover's trance.
lights in the dark sky
happenstance they will glow fierce
nature's sparks of life
they group together by love
and dance through the quiet night
if its happenstance
why such resonance
in the back of my brain
in my shoulders in my spine
love jesters fetters still
till it overcomes my will
soles of feet and palms choose to tango dance
radiating God’s love in unison
this boon a fortuitous happenstance
borne by light of the spiritual sun
even though our memory is erased
we view this happenstance in poise unfazed
for all that is, is an incessant flow
throb of aliveness that has us amazed
~Present vow
Open now
to be your only love
Call in your trance
My happenstance~

Happenstance meeting -
eyes and lips ignite a race
down romance's one-way street.
Feeling powerless -
is there a detour ahead?
A weak voice entreats, "Slow down".
Can it be
without surety
no guarantee
Might it be
a miracle
not typical
seems mystical
Perhaps coincidence
or happenstance
what's the chance
Theoretically
it will always be
a Mystery!
I wouldn't know where to start
But I know how it ended
Another lonely, broken heart
Again has mended
Always by happenstance
That's how it goes
The other when I least expect it
He's as rare as a blue rose
Listen to poem:
What happens is a bifurcated
fork, with fate's twin prongs.
You can prick with it,
or can be pricked by it.
The choice is yours!
Is that happenstance,
a chance happening?
Or did you make
the chance happen?
When I first saw it sitting there,
it was a sad and lonely square.
A circle rolled up high to make a moon,
and a triangle played a lively tune.
This is just the happenstance
that made the first square dance.
Named as a flowering city;
By a strange happenstance.
For of new ideas, buzzing round
Twas then pollinated.
Which seeded this other glory
Time's renaissance.
Among all the epochs, the one
Lily; highest rated.
Happenstance
eyecatching
and astute
a
unity of indistinct
diversity
Observed
phenomena..
the emperic
illumed
true
but inexact
A set of circumstances bring
Upon the wings of fate
A happenstance we can’t evade
Conditions we create
Gaze upon our furrowed brow
While struggle through we pray
And realize perhaps too late
That all is meant to be
good fortune happy happenstance
synchronicity providence
serendipity felicity
circumstance beyond
auspicious karma
renewal of faith and better days ahead

Hooked onto the jugular notch
is a ray of light under God’s watch,
that soul’s ascent ego may not botch.
Noticing the happenstance reoccur,
with bliss magnetism we concur,
as nodes within, in joy purr.
Upon pulchritude I gandered
Alchemy materialized
Adamant sentiments mere panders
Upon pulchritude I gandered
Fervor ascended, language stammered
Imagery never once had I theorized
Upon pulchritude I gandered
Alchemy materialized
Ahh
The ever allure
Ehh
The absence
Perhaps permits
To pestilence
Ehh
In the eyes of this wild
Luxurious way
Never be blind
Permit by persistence
Perchance a permitance
In luck and happenstance
To live this life luxuriously
in darkness of the night
our auric field manifests
we are startled and apprehensive
the universe jests and tests
the happenstance was fortunate
coming as a wake up call
roots of conditioning go in deep
who we are, we oft fail to recall
Under the spell of Autumn and twilight
we encounter a pair of deer
their delicate forms
in soft shades of grey
poised for flight
a still life
We linger, transfixed until instinct
overtakes, and they flee.
All we take is a memory.
FLUTTER BY
The flutter of the butterfly
whispers in the breeze.
Perchance its wafting action
is more than a daub on canvas,
so dark and dank and cold.
It's folly to paint its flight.
it might be happenstance, but
I left my paints at home.
