auras of knowing it all abound with a lot of hoot and holler

my make up still in the drawer and my face still unpainted
part of the great unwashed
as my auntie used to say

I am only myself
and knowing what I do about those society chicks
I wouldn't trade my time
and my talents for anything

but we all have our gifts...

I do know a hipster
he has a bushy beard
he likes a little sipster
though he acts a little wierd

he tries a sip at night
of ales not had before
to check it tastes alright
not leaving him feeling poor

this may attract a frown
amongst the great unwashed
from that there London town
and some say that it's all tosh!

It is not a biggy
To sip what he's not tried
In case it's brown and twiggy
and it smells like someone's died...

By words manlipulate’s the hour,
And get the masses thinking.

Strong prophets see it rightly ours,
Followers hang on the word that flower’s,
Because, because, because.

The spoken word becomes the deed,
The great unwashed, sub-conscious feed,

The one God creates by thought,
We can too, but fall way short,
