Each and every day, I see her,
my Wife.
She looks out at me,
her image captured,
confined to the boundaries
of a golden frame.
A snap shot in time,
when life, us together,
held such promise, happiness, fulfillment.
The tragedy of her death
and the resulting devastation

crushing grief, sorrow and sadness,
shall and does lessen,
with times long passage.
