Of Being and Strangers
What stranger walks in this valley, envying the flowers in his tearful eyes, flowers that flower, never having to ask the question, who am I?

Tensed
Tensed and alone, In may
Envying the raucous day
Not a thing on the bay
Sullun and silently, I lay
Engulfed to the say
Dilirium, a knights, to slay.

Precious Hours...
Precious Hours
Spent envying your
perception of 'more'

Spent quelling your
magnificence in the
interest of climbing
ladders designed by

Those who have already
fallen....

Violence
Voracious beasts I freely call them,
Indigenous or rather covenant leaders,
Observing our steps just to stab us behind,
Leaving us to suffer in peace,
Envying the poor man's meal,
Nuisances we turn before their eyes,
Certainly we made ourselves such
Educated fools!...

Penny kneeled down on the track
To put some coins on their back
In order to see the coins become flat
Penny kneeled down on the track
Envying the coins direction at
Their journey forward onward
Penny kneeled down on the track
To put some coins on their back

Handling Reality
Reliving painful moments every single day
Envying other's fortune
Always wanting the love of another
Loving people who will never care
Inviting things into your life that you can't handle
Trying to forgive while dealing with more pain
Yearning for the perfect life that no one will ever have...

Mutual Envy
quiet, unhurried,

           yonder upon the lake,

in smooth, slow motion, swans drift,

preening in pairs, admiring their own

reflection there on the crystal water,

amazed by their own grace and beauty,

             mutually, mutely envying

each other!...

Five o clock shadow
Around a toothpaste smile
Kinky black hair coils so wild
Cocoa black back scratched scarred
Knobby knees dented from kneeling
Rough rugged hands with dark knuckles
Full moon hips make me see double
Strange green moods dripping from me
Envying your your spirit raw free
No razor no bra no lazer no part
Of you is tame not even your name
Beautiful Black Soul....

Ragged Mother
Ragged Mother...

She pumped her lungs
To keep the fire live
Her wailing kid's
Dried tears
Pausing the sound
In anticipation
Of a morsel of food
That the mother
Struggles to cook
 Soft moonlight
Peeping through the cracked roof
Envying the rugged child
Sitting in a ragged sling
Wishing that in all adversities
He had a mother like the one
Pushing her being
To the bare existence of her child...

@ 'dusk'.......

Foul Bats
Nosy minds in fall of night
Like foul bats envying the light
They're like fool dogs barking till dawn
Finding some dirt in other's lawn

They're all like puppets in a play
They are like some toys made of clay
Stupid idiots who know nothing
Pulling others is their only thing

I still wonder if what's the price
Does risk they take worth the slice
Sleepless nights, they come and go
Up the mountains and down below

The Pianist
They were invincible
whenever they’re onstage:
piano on the lead
with violin
as his accompaniment.

They toured the cities,
the parks as well;
soft harmonies they played
that all, including men
went envying them—

violin had felt betrayal
from her own bow.
It snapped her strings;
made it sever—
leaving piano out of tune.

Despite his downfall,
piano persisted performing
on stage, but alone—
playing his wife’s
funeral song....

Fidgety Feet
Fidgety feet
aching to leap
into the air
to breathe fragrance so fair.

Envying its father
and its mother
ever urging
to be following.

Choosing to trust
in the aching rush
of its heart and guts
seeking that freedom
by gaining their wisdom.

Spreading its wings
It leaps, even risking
its own life
no matter the strife
Its feet
no longer fidgety
But free to be
what it was meant to be.

Envy Is a Sin
Many years ago, my brother had $50,000 and I envied him.
What I was unaware of at the time was that envy is a sin.
Some times we're not aware of sinning when we commit sins, we don't even know about it.
Envy is a sin and I don't doubt it.
Envy can lead to greed and that's not good.
Please avoid envying people because you should.
If somebody has something that you'd like to have, don't envy him or her.
Envy is a sin that people should try to avoid committing, that's for sure....

You and Me
I live for me,
You live for you.
While we are free
We'll do CONTINUE!

You owe me zero;
Just be your own hero.

If we are un-envying brothers forever
Let's fight for our individual rights together.

You are my enemy
If you hate private property.
If you love it,
You could be my friend.

You are my enemy
If you love economic regulations.
If you hate them
You might be my friend.

You are my enemy
If you hate your own life.
If you love it,
We have much in common....
