Aurora and Avalanche
The avalanche was silent
a cascade of unforeseen danger
overwhelming feelings of fear
leaving the victim awestruck, mouth agape.
Waves of long frozen passion shrieked
seeking to make sense of endorphined ecstacy
unable to escape the emotional entrancement
of terror - touching the edges of Aurora’s beauty.
