ran the neighborhood
dressing to the nines
a civil rights activist
financial wizard
she taunted gangsters
to steal her territory
in newspaper ads
a gang war ensued
forty people were left dead
killer queen escaped
he pulled the trigger
the bang ensued
the barrel exploded
in a white flash
the bullet had
not far to go
in less than one second
she would be dead
the bullet entered her head
without a sound
then exited
pulling with it
what had been inside it
before the shot's resound
A party political war is always ensued
