Sad

sad (double tetractys)

i
always
know you’re sad
when you answer
me in a nearly inaudible drone
the eardrum of my heart nearly bursting
from the thunder
clap of tears
falling
down
sad

Premium Member Break and Burn

Crack your fingers if you will, destroy bone
Sound disturbingly travels
From knuckle to eardrum

Just like fire that melts iron, smoldering
Burns the skin, blackens the soul
Scar permanently shown

The Giant's Causeway

The wind takes an eardrum,
and fills it with hail.

The waves crash beyond me
on an unbeaten trail.

There are men here who think
they’ve found victory and wealth,

but the giant’s run-off,
and left for his health.

One's Yet To Fade Memory - k

Eye-lid, of no moonbeam
Drowsy-lowered, pierced.
That fair vision of, itself reawakes.
As pale-gleamy faced.

Eardrum, of no curlew
Headrest-numbing, pricked.
Those wounded tones of, it, too, does make ring.
As pathetic traced.

Shawls,
of dream,
clouds droll wink,
serene skim oe’r,
dark grey urban plinths,
that pierce glazed amber sky,
sonic bell toll’s eardrum plops,
impetus to stir first flush throng,
plumes of steam from gurgling pool billow,
a fickle fountain sprinkles high-pitch wail

Premium Member This Autumn Crypt

A howling rain that blotch upon my skin,
autumn rambler through that tangled leaf maze,
I am the deathly veined nightmare tomb,
whose dance macabre ghost ridden blight,
a morose bell toll clatter eardrum jinx,
blank ink bead choker voodoo last curtain,
light fusing blind host to nonexistence,
undertaker’s tool in morbid trade

October hushes
a cold snap, baldachin for
red, brown and gold leaf.
Indian summer waver, Indian rope trick
sent to douse earthen world shackle.
Bogus heat pump transience.
Polar air mass scatters migrant bird
on vibrant amber.
Ocean gust saline coated whisper
 to autumn eardrum host.
Nightscape shadows rudely cut across
the afternoon event space.

Heavy weight of these advances,
backed into no second chances.
Caught in how your woo romances
gasps and glances, gasps and glances.

Gruff whisper hitting my eardrum,
oh how you make my body hum.
Don’t leave me begging to get some
I detest numb, I detest numb.

Finesse me with a bit of rough,
I beg you handsome, call my bluff.
You’ll find that I am tough enough
get off that duff, get off that duff.

Premium Member The Unheard Sound

So vast in it’s scope
but silent is it’s sound
everything stops nothing heard
deafening indeed like lifeless hound

The human ear wait’s so eagerly
stretching itself for to listen
wanting a sound in their eardrum
but that’s nothing just simply missing

In this unheard silent sound
one feels such peace so still
thinking the world has stopped
don’t be fooled silence always will

(Silent thoughts and what it means to me)

Bite

There is a thin line between anxious, nail-biting life and bitter buried death.
Though we tread carefully the tightrope has been lit by the match of time.
Let us hem these charbroiled rends that the ones we loved have spoiled, in an attempt to pull us down.
With heart mottled arms we reach into perilous seas.
To find a siren singing her eardrum bashing hymn. Is this love?
I think I will just hook my baited heart and cast once more. Bite.

Horny Lizard Music
I “Slap Uh the bass”
Gosh darn...

Lizard Brain...
Cold Blooded?
What the heck???

A Speck of Dust in the Eardrum
Humm...
Strum, strum, strum away...

Echo Location
Whale, Monkey, Eagle, Lizard, Dragon, Snake, Bear, Wolf, Pig, Dawg, and “Mouse”
This is a crazy thing to talk about

NOT in MY house...

Just saying

Pick up that bass and go back to “slaying”

Hey...

Is for Horses???
NOT for kids...

Frostbitten Frown

Burned and bluffed,
Fooled and ridiculed,
Etched in her stare
Was a frostbitten frown.

Fallacies and fact
Mixed and commingled,
Truth was perception,
Betrayal was abound.

Heckled by hissing
Snakes that side-wind,
Unable to decipher
The colors of venom.

Fraudulent, fictitious,
Fabricated intentions,
The appetite of predators
Is growing unfettered.

Begging and pleading,
Carnivores are calling,
Relentless persuasion
Knock at her eardrum.
