This Autumn Crypt

A howling rain that blotch upon my skin,
autumn rambler through that tangled leaf maze,
I am the deathly veined nightmare tomb,
whose dance macabre ghost ridden blight,
a morose bell toll clatter eardrum jinx,
blank ink bead choker voodoo last curtain,
light fusing blind host to nonexistence,
undertaker’s tool in morbid trade

Scary one penned by you, Howard. Fits right in with this time of the year where ghost and goblins have been seen (so to speak) Thanks for sharing it with us. Sara K

Lots of great macabre imagery, Howard. I wonder if you made the winner list? I will be reading that list later. Thanks for your wonderful comments to my poetry
