We might not always
See eye-to-eye,
We might not always agree,
But that won’t stop me
From loving you,
And hopefully –
Won’t stop you
From loving me …...

Did Constitute a Dispute
Did Constitute A Dispute

Of course the TV is mention
disagreements and disputes.

We are certain that it could constitute,
What was determined to be a dispute;
Thought about,
With much doubt;
No matter how large or rather minute.

What, Not Who
First mandate of all.
Is to know thyself.
Truth seldom is found,
Unless it is sought.
Arguments spew hate.

Disagreements
Coming alive,
Can twist the facts.
Straw men survive.

For who wins,
Not to find,
What is right.

To know
Thyself.

Love....

What We All Should Do
What We All Should Do

What we all should do
Is to take politics out
Of more politics.

Seem to be doing
Saying what appeals to most
And will win them votes.

Not apply bias;
Do treat everyone equal;
Things then will work out.

Jim Horn

Do I have any disagreements
with any of this?...

Rehash--Doubts
Spade of heart drenches our intent
More than once , we question this fate
When blazed nights consume us
Disagreements stewing
About unresolved qualms .
Rehash of doubt lingers. Silence.
We breathe in constant light’s fondness.

The Best Thing To Ever Happen To Me
I'll always be there
no matter the distance
Just a call away
regardless the time
We've been through so much
no matter the argument
You earned yourself a place
forever in my heart
I hope we grow closer
as we grow older
I hope our paths cross
in the future someday
Though we've had our disagreements
I truly believe
Meeting you
Was the best thing to ever happen to me...

You cross my mind
as often as I gasp
for air

you captured
my imagination
hence the non infatuation

we live our lives apart
but our dreams
are merged

disagreements
cement a friendship
that was never planned…

unexplained,
sometimes complicated
encounters joy, no matter the ploy,

you’re my indulgence
the one thing,
I’ll never feel guilty about…....

Justice comes without a gun
Need not a knife at my throat
Let’s settle disagreements with our voice and words
Let's disagree in peace in and with Love

Why Should We
Why should we stand in the gap
For the church that was made
For you and me, this very day?
God intended for us to obey.

Disagreements come and go
But we as the flock, cant always
Have our way, as you all know.
We are to do things God's way.

The church is where we learn
To follow Christ each step He takes
We aren't perfect, only Christ is,
Therefore, we will make mistakes....

Falling
Our hometown is
We don’t know what to do
Or how to feel about this all
Unsure

Sickness
That’s what came next
Real sickness from battle
Everyone was sick of all
Tired

Loud noises
That’s all we heard
Constant crashes and cracks
Dying eardrums, unhearable
Fighting

Painful
People are hurt
Nobody left unchanged
The hurt of this has changed all lives
Eternal

You and Me

So many vehicles

So many journeys

So many destinations

So many countries

Exploring life

Side by Side

From teenagers to parents to retirees

Copious conversations

Decisions made

Disagreements

Abundant laughter

Grief

Rivers of tears

Music throughout the decades

Silly songs sung

Coffees aplenty

So many years

Side by Side

The Abc's of Grudges
The ABC’s of Grudges
     By Dane Smith-Johnsen

Argument begets contentious disagreements.
Endlessness forever grinds. Harrowing.
Illusion, joyfully keeps laughter minced.
Nonetheless, ominous paltry quarrels revile.
Scorn traverses unquenched.
Victory's wailing xenagogue- (guide)
Yesterday zaniness.

(Simple solutions: Love one another and forgive as God will forgive us… or not.)...

Negotiating Wisdom
How many hours are invested
in convincing Job's comforters
of disputable convictions

when perhaps

depth lies in silent dialogues

between a heart and a mind,

and can never be fully understood

while lips attempt negotiations
to coerce agreements

by voicing disagreements...

... perhaps even wisdom has deviations;
maybe, wisdom in essence

is what works best for you

when you need an answer....

Premium Member The Butterfly Season
Over the years, it's really been rough,
A relationship can be hard and tough.

After many nights and disagreements,
I can also recall several agreements.

The butterfly season comes and goes,
It feels like our love no longer grows.

In those difficult times, I remember,
a lovely day, the fifth of December.

It was when we made vows, saying I do,
No matter what happens, I choose you.

Premium Member Time Is Everything
Time is Everything Written: by Miracle Man 11/30/2017 Affairs of the heart oft leave spirits broken, But time mends lesions, even those severe. From oral disagreements to words unspoken, It’s seldom as bad as it might first appear. At times our emotions may hang by a thread, But time works its magic as we cling to hope. So rather than face each new day with dread, We grasp tight the knot at the end of our rope.

In Retrospect

I'm glad I chose friendship in
the midst of disagreements.

In Retrospect

I’m glad I realized I wasn't perfect
and took ownership of my flaws.

In Retrospect

I’m glad I took the time to find me
although I still discovering myself.

In Retrospect

I’m glad I realized how important
it is to confess LOVE as often as
you can

In Retrospect

I’m glad I found the gift of poetry
because it continues to heal and
fill my soul.

Distortion of Good
The economy keeps plummeting
and everyone wants to make
a statement, some people get
attention by pounding the
pavement, others rebel,
creating different versions
of hell, distorting the good
that could serve all Americans
well,

Occupying Wall Street has gotten
out of control, what seemed like
positive revolting, has given way
to violent souls,

Change will only come when
disagreements are handled
intelligently, turmoil and upsets
only allows the devil to roam
rampantly....
