Premium Member Exultation Within You

Reckon gaeity
Untied from barometers
Closed colligated
Material possessions
Deriving in soul emptiness

There once was a mathematician named Swope
Who said,” In calculus, while I’m deriving, I hope
To find an function so perfect
No tangent could touch it
Lest I fall on a slippery slope"

Premium Member Keep Away

For some there always has to be an issue

A drama of some sort

Always looking for or creating a problem

To inject their voice and thoughts

Seeming to thrive on conflict

Inserting their need for power and control

Deriving pleasure from others discomfort

Relishing in other individuals anguish to feed their souls!

Days

On Days we arise and head straight to work
Regarding the paycheck a worthiness perk
Other days are just daze to figure out love
where we try to fit in and become a part of

The caring and sharing that life often brings
deriving our happiness from such little things
like a kiss in the morning caress in the night
The Days are for living and getting life right!

Bleeding Shame

I write to impress,
Nothing less than self-humiliation will do
Humor in the darkest form
Suffering at our own hands,
Deriving pleasure from our pain
Painting the sky black with our fears;
Our sins drawing blood from our shame
The heaviest penance is that of our own
We lay crushed
Dying,
A victim of homicide
Killed by the crimes of a man,
Existing only in a world where we cannot

Premium Member Zen mode

as the membrane of space
thins and thickens
we notice
it so gently breathing
with all forms within its womb

acknowledging thus what is as is
we are here both this and that
or more accurately neither
since space too is but an entity
deriving its power from heart of God

the mind endlessly questions
but spiritual heart knows
yet cannot transmit
the wisdom so garnered
to those dwelling in body-mind

Expression

bloodshot deriving out of wide eyes conformed to the ceiling
ruby red polish accompany the nail
spritz of fragrance leaving behind an illusion of professionalism
receiving roses to give glad hand towards beauty

why is my allurement the focal point of my pitiful existence?

the roses molded
	the incense faded
		the varnish chipped away
the lids have found one another once again
awaken once more only to find that expression

Body Dialect

Effervescence as she moans her seduction,
Tossed walls seek to caress new induction,
Enthroned crowning glory in coordination;
Deeply embedded deriving his satisfaction:

Cupidity moves in engorged erotic ruptures.
Arms ignite passionate delights in captures,
Steaming body, heat sizzle melting gestures;
Eroding resistance within cascading raptures:

Fourth dimension radiates a new peaked ecstasy
Entwined they achieve pleasures of divine love.

Premium Member No gods need apply

Tending to be creatures of whimsy, spirit and superstition
Deriving power from unsteady voices
Unsure of the implications of undefined “truths”
Pandering to the belief that “they” are the only “one”
Would we bow before an icon, an idol, a statue
Blindly serve a heaven-sent huckster

Or maybe…someday…become more than an echo
Become a voice, an action, a thought
That alters the arc of inanimate action
Challenging the reign of the Butterflies wings

Price Barrier

Charade of jewels,
shiny, bright and expensive,
God had given them to us,
in some form and shape,
we had gone the farthling,
measured the tape,
turned them into things,
good enough to gape,
now for this labor,
we owned it all,
and placed a price,
God was forgotten,
and so was his part,
now we had the full attention,
on deriving the price,
with full heart,
those who could not pay,
were denied the God,
had nothing to say,
and simply had to cud the cod.

Premium Member Coffee and Toddlers and Tennis

Tennis on the television.
Heinous sneezes from my toddler.
Lettuce bits sprayed across our laps.
Menace to society's Joe the Waddler,

Arriving at the war zone toy room,
Deriving future campaigns in his mind.
Writhing within the haze of colored plastic he's
Diving into Roman ruins, covered in shiny blocks, laying supine.

In walks the 5-year-old
And our most decorated of soldiers.
Endowed with the wisdom to sleep in, she's now
Entwined with Daddy, smelling of warm bed and Folgers.
