Premium Member Grape Haiku
frozen on the vine
cryogenic flavored host
a time released smile

frozen on the vine
ice glistening in the sun
grapes hold on tight

harvest time has come
necter trapped in purple orbs
till glasses are raised

Premium Member Breathless
The steamy breathlessness of unending youthful love
Reckless plunges into cryogenic mountain lakes
The sound of brightly shining stars beyond the Trevi
Eternal love embraced in kiss of shimmering gold
Golden glow of dying sun on white Aegean walls
Among first sights and sounds that once took away my breath

And yet, you leave me breathless

Premium Member Winter Woman
Again the winter woman comes
Noble blood of Norman sons

Exquisite and bawdy
Tresses falling frosty

The contents of my battle helm
Her cosmic cryogenic realm

Each eve she bear her chill to me
She'll have my oath and bended knee

Illumine blue and translucence
She is a truthful illusion

Eyes dusky clear
By what gate does she enter here?...

Premium Member Jars Filled With Brains
The cryogenic lab held many a jar
And Walt Disney’s brain I could see from afar

Perpetually frozen to see a new age
With some I tried conversation to engage

But the brains had no mouths with which to speak
No ears either to hear me give a shriek

The site before me seemed so very bizarre
I made my living will, requesting “no jar”

Premium Member Captured For a Moment In Time
The waves on the pond
Ripple with the breeze
As the temperature drops
Awaiting the intending winter freeze

For upon its waves
A pink water lily floated
Its beauty so radiant
Colours so coated

The intending winter chill
Descended overnight
Captured for a moment in time
This pink lily of delight

In its cryogenic setting
Until the temperature warms
This plant of natures beauty
Within the ice, adorns
