Red blush tempting me
Eyeliner awaking thought’s
Rouge creamy and soft
Configuration formation
Mind with, determination
Body self forming
Legs with exciting warnings
Eyes deeply entrancing
Words luring with expectations
Ears listening and recording
Thought’s wandering aloof
Clasping together two hearts
Souls drifting into heaven
Alarms going off
Dream over lol
Black plastic bag
discarded on the bridge
writhes like
an injured animal.
A paragraph of
birds in the blue
of the sky wing by
grammatically correct,
but open ended until
the commander in chief
changes its configuration
with punctuation.
A fleet of wild geese
flying their colors
barge in like
small battleships
in minor invasion.
The equation
some of us make
is: what price
Freedom?
Love
Hate
What's the difference?
These emotions are just flaws in the
human configuration
Why feel with your heart
when you can feel with your lungs
and your broken brain
The yellow that I search for is blocked
by the black and blue that surrounds me
The closest I can get is
the green that disappears when I
try to create make-believe yellow
Soon.
Soon it will be all white
And it will be all over

Born perhaps with a special gene configuration
Every situation needlessly prompts my rash reaction.
Poise, the stable state of the balanced mind
Always takes an untimely flight evading me
Triggered by the discord in my self-sustained psyche
I react prematurely when I should be silent
Engaged in invited rows I've learnt bitter lessons
Now I realize and resolve, enough is enough
Time for me to be patient.

a huge band of information
if is
a computer simulation
if is
nations within nations
if is
prayer gratification
if is
parallel worlds in a configuration
if is
across each dimension
what –if-is
a question that seeks attention
a sun’s annihilation
far out into space
if the race is in full swing
if man keeps bickering
if man keeps poisoning
if man keeps burning
if man keeps killing
his world brother
and forget interstellar
the cellar
only lasts so long
....so next time you see my name in print
Think of all the time I've spent
All the torn and crumpled sheets
Of witty prose incomplete
How I suffered with intrusions
That scattered thought into confusion
Seeing thoughts within my mind
To find out that my pen went blind
It's a long journey from brain to pen
And inbetween the words would spin
Into a different configuration
from intended. What consternation!
So next time you see my name in print
Remember how wrong it could have went
