Warmth of the Sun
Folded between the blankets
of Winter's clouds I found,
The glowing warmth of the sun
peaking effortlessly without sound.

I was thankful for the blessing of it
being so lovingly entered in,
Making the day a wonderful way for
it to begin.

Such colorful rainbow delights lit up
and canvased my dreams,
Leaving me feeling its powerful touch
through its beams....

The Artist
The circles dialate
behind the minds frame.
Canvased images vibrate.
Paint chipped torn and worn
The vision has become blurred.
rotate, twist, twirl, and stir
The brush strokes.
Its words heard
Ancient and antique this caligraphy
Through this method
your sky can speak
limitless and boundless leaps.
Observe the beauty in these feats.
An artist within broken free

that fine day
wind in my hair
sun on my back
i'd noticed your smile
lightening my way we'd
canvased life's scars
sudden callings mounted
above a sassiness
for peace the berlin wall
crawled awkwardly
chains rattled steel doors
grounded throughout
salted stone
an yet you sounded
the trumpets opening
rusted gates
right off the hinges
oh how small i felt
jesus welp as
your words finally

Decisions made, the poem you write,
Hold hidden meaning from your sight.
Will never soothe a welling tear
Or aptly tame a childhood fear.

A retrospect of yesterday
Won't reassemble for display
Or paint a canvased future doubt,
As colors dimmed by years fade out.

Just as the roads you chose ahead
No longer trace the steps you tread.
How dull the scattered remnants bought
And not the glittered gold you sought.

Print on my clean canvas
Every poem I’ve ever written

On my eyes
	What I’ve seen
On my ears
	What I’ve heard
On my mouth
	What I’ve said
On my lips
	Every smile
On my tongue
	Every taste
On my nose
	Every scent
On my head
	Every thought
On my heart
	Every love
On my hands
	Every work
On my feet
	Every step
On my legs
	Every mile

Use what’s left for the
Black & White Photographs
Of my younger life...
