As I sit here, melancholy
Surrounded by filth, full of folly
I did this to myself, why complain?
And then I stuff my face again.
Musta lost five pounds today
hunger hurts
but I suffer anyway
stomach shrinks
along with guilt
hope this improves
the way I'm built

Backbone in pieces left stressed,
to put in work no interest;
You want a free lunch
yet binge 'Candy Crush';
No wonder you are depressed.
he's gone again
off on a crack binge
left her a note
"gone to the lawyer"
oooo I feel her heart cracking
I hope she doesn't patch it with
vodka
If drinking they’d rarely abuse
They might get away with a snooze
But choosing to binge
Makes them ill and they cringe
Confused at the end of the cruise
Went On Buying Binge
There was a time when I felt a twinge
Of pain that seems to always hinge;
Money spent;
To roof went;
With credit card went on buying binge.

I had a vain neighbor called Jimsmooth
Opened on baywalk a fruit drink booth
Bragging, he downed sweet stuff
Till gummy gums got rough
Sugar binge left him without a tooth!

Make Me Drool With Epulaeryu
Scabs and yuckies all over my face
Not nice to be showing up in any public place
Makes people cringe
Think I've been out on a binge
Fell down and and go boom, need a new face to replace
I binged…bewildered…
I eat away my sorrow
I binged…a caged bird
I binged...I’m so uncured
I eat away tomorrow
I’m winged – set-free bird
I am delighted
I binged...I’m so immature
Gleefully hazy
on a binge
on a bingo
monopoly in a binge stoned
drunk night before
on the binge zone
BINGO
did I say it loud
I could say it louder
but will I have too
meanwhile meaning of spoon feed
crosses mind
Cringe After Hearing about Binge
Regarding disaster we were on the fringe.
And about the thought will always cringe;
Then we worried,
While they hurried;
Heard they had been on a drinking binge.
Jim Horn
I'm dreaming of fantastic hurt
to my stomach which once was inert.
A cringe of the can,
the binge of the man
consumed by a beverage called Squirt.

Our love is like an all-night binge downtown
Whooping it up totally oblivious to what's around
In our own little world
Oblivious to the swirly whirls
Living in our own dimension time and space surrounds
Come unhinged
On a liquor binge
Face down in the snow
You’re the man
With drink in hand
The bar can’t make you go
That drink of wine
Sure taste fine
You’ve never been so low
When you drink
That’s what you think
For what reason
You don’t know
Listen to poem:
I took a bite, I bit with all my might.
But I knew I had bitten off, a bit more
than I could gnaw, more than I could just ignore.
With gob stuffed stupid in gluttonous binge,
I suddenly knew, I was in over my head.
Something had to give.
Red paint upon this stage
Overdrive from electric strums
Crowds gather from every age
Knife decals cross on drums
Brand new fender blue tinge
Arrival at airports always delay
Noon prompts a drinking binge
Drunk ballads from music's cliche
Trump On Health Food Binge
Trump was on a health food binge
Was enough to make you cringe
An easier way there must be
Costing nothing and for free
So fat from body he did singe.

I binge watch t shows
If I like the characters
They become family
I have sat in my recliner for hours
Clicking next episode over and over
This is a new hobby for me
Relaxing in a whole new way
I have no idea how this can be my new life
But retirement is a different gig
I like it
your at the mall,
you want it all.
shopping horde,
hoard on.
accumulate.
don't wait.
buy some bait.
fishing lure, make-up, shore.
tide rolls in,
see the fins, circle the catch.
garage sales begin,
from the shoppers binge.
short and tall.
big and small.
safari your on,
something for your lawn.

I'm bunged up.
I need a filter for my gutter.
My bone-headed Doctor
reckons I don't eat right
but 'Little Debbie' Donuts are my delight
as I binge-watch re-runs of Game of Thrones.
Blood, gore, and sugar -
but i'm stuffed
and must take the cure.
Now I dare not stray far from my own
porcelain throne.
rachel
who?
i dont recognize
who i see in the mirror
its the face i see
on the wanted poster
the same face
that drools over an 8 ball
listening to music
feeling blue
sick from last nights binge
hurt from the knife
you ripped through my heart
seeing you happy
is hard
but with her its
unberable
