Ribs From Back
As ribs came from the backbone
Woman came from a man
If no backbones no ribs
No man no woman!...

Scouring
Like a bee,
you wanted to land?
on the snapdragon’s,
curved lip.

Light years away?
a mouth gapes open;
you will not,
walk in.

A wrenching search,
for a home, where
you will not find
the violence.

A wax palace, you
are invited to live in.
The dummies, abound,
without backbones.

Power Versus Power
“Power failure for twenty minutes in Japan Bowing down for twenty minutes minister concerned before people.”
News,
We also have power,
We also have power cuts for hours,
We also have people
They don’t bend down why?
Either they don’t like to come down from their up trend,
Or they don’t have backbones to bend!...

The Freeze
January digs deeper into snow drifts.
Chill fingers cripple backbones,
make us walk like matchstick men.
February is just a name we give to tomorrow,
as if we could open that icebox
to see if the sun still rises over un-seeable horizons.
Time drags, then of a sudden, pushes us into snowfields
sprinkled with concrete daffodils....

The Tragic City
The Coyle’s curtains are closed,
Coal mines no longer employ,
Might as well destroy,
A once thriving steel town,
The record books should take down,
The history which lies on these streets,
Within these buildings,
Formed by immigrants,
From bare hands and backbones,
Drowned in crime now,
Writhing beneath the poverty line,
Turning to a ghost town,
Charleroi will be no more....

23:41 - the Small
The area shared with the back of a chair.
Where the spine tails off and leads onto a square.
It's the end and the start of all back and beyond,
Not the standard companion for skin to flesh bond.
But regardless of plainness you managed to find
How handprints and backbones can feel when combined.
Your boldness of action, no secret intent,
Cemented sensations no mind could invent....

Foggy Bottom . . .

and top, full surround,
without sound.
Socked In, in pilot lingo,
moving blind, no visible exit;
one choice; move forward.

Headlights barely sliced through
the thick, grey mantle.

Cocooned in quiet death;
chills rippled backbones,
bumps nippled bare arms.

Ellery Queen's
             sinister villain
                            lurked,
angled beyond our view....

But Children Smiled
After meeting of poets with children, who had serious diseases of their
backbones and legs.
------------------------------------------

We went out to night,
The wind tore the sky ,
The month has gone mad and hid somewhere.
But sick children smiled
And there was no suffering in their voices
They were glad and thanked us.
And some of them waved "good-bye" to us
with metal crutches like silver wings....

Fight For Freedom
Burning, broken bridges
are fixed when fighters faint.
Learners lothe their limits,
but painters pick their paint.

Builders break their backbones
so we can wonder and wait,
but city skyline sights
ramp a ridiculous rate.

Waiting wasn't working,
so someone sings a song.
It hurts the hearts of heroes
and those what wanted wrong.

We win this war together;
on devils, don't depend.
No one here knows nothing.
Fight with us 'til the end....

Premium Member Craving
Feathery clouds, cotton candy castles, whispery wind,
My heart craves for the state of mind and existence as Clouds.
Giants asleep, guardians of valleys, backbones of earth,
My wisdom craves for the state of persona as Mountains.

Whispers through canyons, the lifeblood of the land, journeys without end,
My energy craves to embrace life like gushing Rivers.
Sapphire giants, cradles of life, canvases for sunset,
My passion craves for the whispers so deep as Oceans.
