If hatred is at one extreme,
and love is at the other
It's time we joined the very same team
and grow aloof to one another

Unlinked to the tree
he doesn’t know his family–
stands aloof, questions
ancestors don’t change
the mood of the weather:
the leaf needs his name
Stone glazed face locked aloof
steaming breath whistling cold
relentlessly alone; with only molten
mocking desire

searching empty rooms ~
what do my tender hopes seek
now that I am all moved out
~ ~ mattered - not oblique ~ ~
sadly - whole house seems aloof
even walls just feel the roof
she was an Italian beauty
satisfied with her life
accomplished, brilliant, creative
others did not know her well
she kept herself aloof
wanting to spend her time with hobbies
rather than people especially gossips
Stone glazed face locked aloof
steaming breath whistling cold
at the thought of forbidden adultery
relentlessly in heat; with only molten mocking
desire for his only lady in waiting.

Days pass aloof to all hearts reap,
strays memories we wish to keep.
Ploys of time constantly remold
joys that we wish to ever hold.
While eyes close to deeply reflect,
vile time spies flashbacks to infect.
Should time leave my recall intact -
could be my joy would first react!
I come from afar
farther than pebble roads
on which I travel
than chandeliered old hotel
turned into home for the disabled
than rainbow rising reluctantly
after recent rain
than bumpy rides on rubbery buses
for my eyes look at scenes
from a brightly colored time
my mind is sealed in an airtight jar
and my words trickle on the page
when they should pour out like a wound
used to the comfort zone
of their imprisonment
LIFE IS ALL ABOUT THE LITTLE GESTURES THAT MAKE YOU SMILE FROM WITHIN....ITS ALL ABOUT THE TIME YOU SPARE IN NO TIME....
YOUR DEEDS AIN'T PROVED YOUR WORDS...
MY OWN EXISTENCE DEMAND SELF CENTRICITY AND THENCE I MOVED AWAY..
BROKEN HEART,FABRICATED SMILE,DEEP BREATHS INCARNATED TO ASSIMILATE STRENGTH WITHIN ME...
THE DISTINCTION BETWEEN REAL AND REEL ENLIGHTENED MYSELF...
THOUGH I MISS YOU AMIDST ALL...
I LOVE TO BE ALOOF FAR FROM YOU FOREVER AND EVER
Form:
Disdainful moon,
Scrutinized my happiness
And unparalleled delight
Delight that she once felt
Towards her only light
Light that made her beautiful
And displayed her unrivaled might
Might that gradually fading
Because of her shattered pieces heart
Heart that caused her to be secluded,
Torn asunder, and apart
Apart that will no longer be together
And be like exquisite finest art
Art that appreciates beauty
Of the lost and isolated
Disdainful moon
