Long and sad goodbye at the airport.
Both struggling with health issues.
Undoubtedly last time these friends would meet.

It Is Most Odd To Report

It is most odd to report

that a super modern airport,

with all that this can deploy,

is forced to the ground,

to conclude we are bound,

b nothing more than a toy.

Premium Member Health Tip

If you can't afford a doctor, go to an airport.
You'll get a free x-ray and breast exam for sure,
and if you mention Al Qaeda nonchalantly,
you'll get yourself a free colonoscopy.

Lust Is a Broken Engine

Lust is a broken engine,
operating with aviation fuel.
It flies victim up in the skies,
and lands not in airport,
not even in airstrip,
but in the leveled gardens,
of someone’s heart.

Poets Poems Birds

Poets,
     poems,
    are birds that seek
   spaces to rest ...
  The beloved heart
 it's a safe haven,
   an airport,
    an airfield
     for poetry
      (love)
        land... !

In Terminal Number Two

Came home from land of Israel on a red eye flight
Connecting routes canceled because of winter’s bite
I'm camping in the airport with fluorescent view
A weary pilgrim in terminal number two.

at the airport
  Come quick

Unnerved, shaken

Took one look
  turned aside

Premium Member airport therapy dogs in Miami

Miami International Airport
has something most airports do not
they have trained therapy dogs
ready for hugs and cuddles
I am unsure how I can find one
but if I get to Miami, I will be looking for one.

Without Benefit of Wimple

Covey of nuns
without benefit of wimple

graciously attired
sport coat, turtleneck, skirt

scurry through the airport
iPads swinging

unaware the turtleneck
is their Roman collar.

Airport

i love airports
so many hotties
people rush around
i love airports

i would prefer
to sit here watching
all the new people
i love airports

i love airports
i got some coffee
i’ll never be found
i love airports
