Anxious High Tides
Comatose agonies of turbulent currents, in breathless shivers of deepest anxieties amidst high tides in my soul....

Ak47
‘A’ for agonies great;
‘K ‘is homage to Kalashnikov its genius maker, late;
‘4’ is the damned exponent of its murderous power;
‘7’ are the days in a week it kills, and every hour!...

Smoke, My Messenger
With freedom of speech
But no freedom after speech
I scribble my heart’s agonies
And burn them in fiery fire
That smoke, my messenger
May give your ears and eyes
The forbidden dreams...

Broken Heart
entrapped by the agonies of the life
astraying in the bewilderment of world
hunting for trustee for my heart
the broken heart voiced from inside
in the mundane existence, no one is worthy of trust...

Premium Member Let's Face It

Life does not inform us
of our daily eats

Our eats are sometimes sour
with a few sweets

Often there are some bitter herbs
and just a few treats.

There are thrills of victory
but also, agonies of defeat.

Cruel Memories
Hey, Cruel Memories
that I don't want to remember!
Do not beat all the pains and agonies
on my face
just like tens of hammers
pounding on one anvil
as if to shape a horseshoe,
It’s an absolute disgrace
cause you will then be implicated
in a scandal...

Returning Home
RETURNING HOME

Two years now
Have toiled in this garden
Searching for her
Waiting and wailing for her return
With tears and thorns tumbling my knuckles
With agonies growing daily
With hope masquerading
I shall return home
I shall wait no longer
For the stolen ribs.

Mosquitos Agony
They fight to death
Drenched by thirst
No need to resist-
Their Waterloo
They met

They sip little
And leave the jar
Harmless, they are-
They purge that little
Hope for more, undeterred

Do they last days?
Before they're taken preys
By the erring humans-
This austerity doesn't heal
Their agonies I feel...

Raising children

Is the loftiest and bravest of human endeavors

For

It requires a life filled with:

Constant battles,

Ceaseless agonies, and

Perpetual sacrifices,

Without knowing, if the efforts made, will be

Crowned with success or not!

Reprise
Across the room
behind the shadow of his diffidence
he knew the passion of desire,
felt again the question
forming on his lips,
while far outside the barrier
sealed from a hundred agonies,
not hearing stifled cries choked down,
the new prospective lover
slipping fast away, became
unknowing despot to the heart
obedient,
compressed.

God Is Great-An Acrostic

Galaxies creator never dwindle.

Other existences increase.

Distant galaxies created sphere.

Irregular galaxies gain.

Supernovas escalate.

Giant leaps roar.

Real existences rally.

Earlier supernovas explode.

Antiquarks recede.

Terrible agonies rise.

Time and Pain
In the garden of bees,
there I lie comfortably,
with a sofa beneath my heart,
and I learn the agonies of pain,
which filled my soul like a baby.

I cried and yelled,
daybreak long,
I suffered to learn,
to learn the riddles of time,
good things in wrong time.

And all these I learn,
at the garden of pain,
Time, time, time,
let me control you,
to work for me....

I Listen
Hearts agonies-grilled
Tears brim-filled
They pour out.
Like heavy rains after a drought
Vivacious are their aches.
Bearing all, mind breaks
I sit
Physique-psyche knit
I'm not a psychiatrist.
Nor an emancipationist
No solution I give
I'm not corroborative.
Volcanic fire-blaze
Ignites optimism-rays
I never ensure
Cure
Self-realization
Causes transformation

To Sweet, Sweet Elizabeth, 1969
Your soft, rose tinged
and freckled cheeks
so beautiful; aglow

I still can see them,
though you were mine,
so very long ago

Your curls, a frame
of sunshine for a
shy and smiling face

Your tender heart
and gentle voice,
pure memories of grace

Our sweaty palms,
our nervous laughs,
the sweetest agonies

Two hearts in love,
two worlds apart,
the saddest destiny...

God Will Rescue Me and You
To God, I now deeply pray,
To show me a clear way,
To Him, my agonies, I convey,
By asking for mercy everyday,
His commandments, I will obey,
And with hope, on Earth, stay,
I trust upon Him and play,
Holy mantras, I will say,
When fate gives me dismay,
To worry, I will faithfully delay,
To God, my state,I will relay,
And keep from doubts away,
I am sure praying will pay,
His blessings, God will spray,
And my life won't go astray!...

Premium Member Help Us Our Lord
Help us, our Lord,
Cowards, never to be

But

Make us strong,

Thus

The mission You have entrusted us with, we
Would not betray
No matter:
The hardships
The agonies
The griefs
The pains

So

On the battlefield of Your Wisdom, we stand, unafraid,
Sword in hand, ready to die,
Your Word to defend

For

No meaning is there in life, holier than
Your everlasting Truth!

Ode To the Agonies of Love
O the agonies of love!
Such glorious storms of rapture and despair
How I palpitate at the power of loves splender
and swoon under the tenderness of loves touch
O what joy and sweet surrender…….
I am filled with ceaseless longing
Only for love to turn and rend my heart in two
and plunge me helplessly tumbling
into the very depths of despair!
But love rises from the smoldering embers
of my pain and rekindles once again love’s tender flame...

Till Death Do You Part
The timeless agonies,
Regrets and shame.

These things weigh on
A mind painfully.

Haunting memories of a
Lost life, a lost love.

In the back reaches
Where no one can see.

Always soul searching,
Trying to understand.

Pictures of people,
Of places.

Things lost forever,
There is no going back.

Feelings always hidden,
Silently waiting.

Like demons they
Torture their victims.

A broken heart remembers,
Till death do you part....

Best Worms For Best Soup
A farmer of chickens I am
my chickens know my voice
they are familiar with my signs
the good eaters slow ones I know

I trap best worms for them to eat
fat grasshoppers I feed them on
to make them fat and delicious
whenever I want to feast on any

but I sacrifice lives of worms
grasshoppers shade tears of pain
I do not mind any of their agonies
intention is to generate good soup

destroy something for something
diet of best worms makes best soup...

Lourdes
Bernadette prayed,
wore straw knee pads
and
built a cathedral incarnate.

Remains of the glorified were
sun baked shingles upon her roof.
Beaded mercy chips
and
pieces of blessed palms
sewn by dainty hands;
her mausoleum.

Visionary lass -
the divine enchantress
taught you to devour
a million agonies
and
digest the callous sins
of modern day charlatans -

who foolishly attributed
your pious actions
to
telltale symptoms of
manic depression....

Tender Are the Memories of Summer
Tender are the memories of summer
Wilting in the sun
Nothing abates my inward hunger
For battles never won
Tender are the dreams of summer
Tender as our tears
That stain the heart and still linger
Like love through the years
When you were Dothnie, and we
Were innocent and young
We walked away so hurriedly
To yearn the unclimbed rung
O tender is the memory of your silence
And tender my pretense
And all their seeds are agonies
And all our dreams are old ironies...

Is Life
To some life is a precious thing
With moments filled with Joy
For others life’s a burden
With happy destroyed

For those who travel happy roads
They do not know the pain
Of others who endure life’s wrath
And find each day a drain.

They do not see the agonies
That seeks some people out
For in their joyful bubble
There is no fear and Doubt

Yet fear and anguish fill our lives
That daily wave’s ingrain
And leaves us looking forward
For joy we can’t obtain...
