Two Empire State Buildings fly by Earth
Phobos will crash into Earth on Mars Day
Careless Martians created our universe in Pluto's lab
Pluto walks a tightrope over underestimated solar flares
Can I call you mine?
I guess not.
It took me some time
To realize this fact.
Smiles reassure second chances
But never will it
Blossom and bloom.
Lady, I am weary.
Induce me a deep sleep
And allocate my fears.
Though I call you mine;
Your heart,
With aggravations,
Will never be.
love exuberantly
because this may be the last hug.
laugh loudly and wildly
because life is cruel, absurd and above all, poignant.
embrace your passions madly
because life's brevity mocks half-measures.
let go
little things are unnecessary aggravations.
love and live at full throttle-
who knows when the Maker may call?

A time of rage, hatred, rancor & enmity
The 1st World War began with a royal assassination
Then conflict spread from nation to nation
The 2nd World War began with invasions by Germany
Then battles occurred from country to country
In the end was the formation of the United Nations
To solve the conflicts & avoid aggravations.

Cursed
I am plagued by things of the now: daily
physical aggravations for which
doctors have given me no cure.
Memories can’t afflict me
the way my body has
been bedeviled by
ailments which do
not even
have a
name.
I
suppose
I can say
the memory
of a physician
having injected me
four times with a substance that
gives some people dire side effects
haunts me to this day. Cursed is this world
by doctors who are meant to do no harm.
Sunlight struggles through dew and hazy mist
Dreams merge soft with the horizon’s sweep
Birds glide swiftly beneath the sky
Hope rises with golden rays
Shadows vanish with smiles
Filled with radiance
Inviting joy
Endless blue
Welcome
Peace
Light
Serene
Lovingly
Infinite blue
Vastness and endless
Promising freedom reins
Tempting us to soar higher
Above our world’s aggravations
Boundless hope in every sullen cloud
A canvas for wishes, for thoughts, for dreams.
Infuriated by greed
so we Occupy city streets
tired of being lied to
divided by tyranny
of the Elites
sickened by offshore banks
ran by gangs
known as the Fed
while political infidelity
shakes the White House bed
What happened to the basic foundations
for which this nation was built?
maybe the people’s aggravations
will identify our leaders’ guilt
No justice lies within this
“heads they win; tails we lose”
so now we take a stand
against their scam
because we’re through with the abuse
