A Voyager
The Lord is my captain; I`ve faith in Him.
He asks me to sit down in the stateroom,
He steers the vessel away from rocks,
He comforts my spirits.
He leads me along the right routes
To spare distress.
Even though I cross
the deepest oceans,
No fear assails me,
As He`s my captain;
His shine and His brain
Enhance my faith.
He steers amidst stifling stormy waves
Without being encumbered by them.
He fills the ship with fuel;
I am delighted.
I pray that His grace and mercy rest with me
As long as breath I heave,
and I will be the Lord`s humble servant
forever.
In today’s clamor for genuine public servants who are not just politically glamorous, the need for sincere servant leaders is reverberating with fervent prayer. This calls for officials who work with integrity, honesty, transparency and accountability while exemplifying to the next generation their functional transformative slogan, “Let’s achieve more together.”
YE FAITHFUL SERVANT OF CHRIST”
Ye Faithful Servant of Christ
Today is a gift of grace
Our God has sent you to this place to lead us
Always ready to share a comforting thought and a smile
Ye Faithful Servant of Christ
Thanks for your guidance and your care
He spends hours on his sermons
Which are truly God inspired
Ye Faithful Servant of Christ
He walks in the footprints of God
He’s content in the Master’s shadow
One day God made you His
Ye Faithful Servant of Christ
Enduring faith, everlasting love
Hidden in his heart
Seasons of happiness, promises of pleasure
Ye Faithful Servant of Christ
Trust in the Lord with all your heart
And do not lean on your own understanding
In all your ways acknowledge Him
And He will make your paths straight
Ye Faithful Servant of Christ
Witness for the Lord, walk with God
And God said
Thank-you, Thank-you

I serve with my heart, all
Your mountain must not fall
We meet servant and master
To run forward the faster
Your goal clearly defined
Mine too more refined
Leader and follower united now
To testify of forgiveness, the how
Why this unlikely pair?
Cause of a God just and fair
I serve before kings
Who drink of your wisdom things
I was a vessel empty, then
Now filled with your ken
They drink it in very slowly
The cupbearer thought he was most lowly
“Youth Servant”
Uphold my lowly soul, so close
Let thy strong but tender gribs assail
Drift through the loopholes of my pride at thy will
So far beneath, build up a lowly force.
Aid me lift the weary coil
Set loose the fastened mode
O my, to float once more far above my fall
Where no more, my soul shall fold
With me, a daily force may
Where life & love for the young will give
All my strength, as long as I live
With brothers’ help, day by day.
Beseeching for genuine peace midst life's race
miserably breathing out despair sigh
afflicted by iniquity-virus...
oh, my heart longed for serene pardon's grace*
With lurking skepticism of pride trace
my mind wrestled against sure unbelief
instilling confusion and doubt-filled angst...
oh, my soul sought to lean upon truth's brace.
I was gripped with worldliness' crazy mace
and drifted** along sin-damnation flow
wallowing in depravity’s quagmire
oh, my faith yearned for God’s warm embrace.
Reached-out by Christ’s sacrifice in love's lace
I thank His sweet presence, ceaselessly nigh
securing me for blissful servant pace.
*Psalm 84:11 For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.

Triumphant in God* midst challenges, grievously dominant
Vibrant will-power prevails in being spiritually jubilant
Radiant is my faith, brightened by truth, scripturally elegant…
Arrogant heart is smitten by meekness, vanquishing the termagant
Vigilant soul keeps me reaching-out as Christ’s prayerful striving servant.**
*2Corinthians 2:14 Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place.
**1Corinthians 7:22 For he that is called in the Lord, being a servant, is the Lord's freeman: likewise also he that is called, being free, is Christ's servant.

For the Lord’s honour
steward feet
securely shod*
with divine strength
trek upward faith-driven pursuits
to prevail midst grace
steadfast over trials' rigour
keep on reaching-out
serenely triumphant
waiting for heaven's trumpet sound.
By Christ’s might
I'm propelled to march forward
then to rest awhile
in His green pastures
basking with contentment
from labor’s pressures
rejuvenated to thank the Saviour
for enabling servant’s heart
toward ministering steward feet
of joyous compassion.
*Isaiah 52:7 How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace; that bringeth good tidings of good, that publisheth salvation; that saith unto Zion, Thy God reigneth!

Draw me nigh, God of supreme Providence, to Thy heart of love---
with Thy kindness’ fervor, rescue my dolorous soul…
…in need of Thy mercy’s radiance.
I beseech Thee to rekindle by Thy truth's glory
the smolder of my shallow commitment flirting with the world…
…wallowing in its lecherous intimacy.
Enable me, Thy neophyte steward
to serve Thee with earnest zeal…
…against the bombast of self-glory’s arrogance.
By Thy grace*, keep me ascending toward faith-performance heights
extricated from any genuine praise-inhibition…
…though in my weakness, I flounder along triumphant worship pursuits.
*Psalm 84:11 For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.

Enlightened by God’s truth, abide in His will
While His entrusted tasks you fulfill
Labour for Him, trekking stewardship hill…
Press on, God’s servant*; in His peace, keep still.
Enabled thru Christ’s strength, work for His glory
While claiming His assured victory
Love Him, reaching out to others thru Gospel…
Press on, God’s servant; vanquish guilt’s injury.
Enriched with the Lord’s grace, share your blessings
While giving your best toward fruitfulness’ enforcings
Lead others to spiritual life's abundance against selfishness…
Press on, God’s servant; conquer slothfulness’ cursings.

Lord Jesus Christ triumphantly prevails
Servant-leader* Who never fails.
Leaving glorious home in heaven
Born humbly showing stewardship’s haven.
Saviour, rescuing from hell’s torments
Emmanuel, securing faith-works’ engagements.
Seeking sinners at love’s cost
Compassionate missionary to the lost.
Fulfilling first His supreme command
Winning souls as divinely planned.
Offering Himself as gracious sacrifice
He paid redemption’s great price.
Bearing iniquities upon death-altar
Indeed, He’s obedience righteous-Exemplar.**
*Matthew 8:1 , 23; Matthew 4:25
**Philippians 2:5-8 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:
Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:
But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name.

What an honor today
That I serve Jesus.
To take His loving hand,
Please show me the way.
He opened my eyes,
Allowed me to see.
He blew life into my lungs,
He brought me to breathe.
It was in the nick of time,
I wouldn't have it any other way.
You took me from that storm
That thrashed me away.
You brought Peace in me now,
I'll never live without it.
You're the center of my world,
I'll give that shout.
I have more love for You
Then one person can give.
My what this pleasure it is,
You live within.
I was foolish in the first place,
Not to be with You.
I love You more today, Lord,
More than I did yesterday, too!
God Bless, Everyone!
This guy Jude is the real thing
giving himself to serve the king
sending his word of mercy and peace
with God's perfect love he does bring
But brings also a real warning
to beware of those with false faith
unaware they've crept in to deceive
denying Jesus Christ they saith
Sodom and Gomorrah are examples
of those who don't believe were slain
a judgement awaits such sinners
with fire eternal like torrential rain
Enoch prophesied God with his holy army
will come convicting all of ungodliness
in every aspect of such awful iniquity
bring an account of all unrighteousness
God alone's able to keep us to stand
present us blameless in fullest joy
give glory to Jesus Christ the Lord
alone worthy for Satan He will destroy
