Youth Servant

“Youth Servant” Uphold my lowly soul, so close Let thy strong but tender gribs assail Drift through the loopholes of my pride at thy will So far beneath, build up a lowly force. Aid me lift the weary coil Set loose the fastened mode O my, to float once more far above my fall Where no more, my soul shall fold With me, a daily force may Where life & love for the young will give All my strength, as long as I live With brothers’ help, day by day.
