I have a penchant for your kiss,
I kind of dig that hidden smile;
Look in my eyes there’s no typo;

Each moment I don’t want to miss,
Baby please let me stay awhile;
It’s so warm I want to go slow;

On whispered words I reminisce,
caught up in your gentleman’s style;
A drawl dripping with southern flow;

My heart hangs on a precipice
fearing I’m headed to exile;
Picante is charged with mellow;

Affinity for pure jesters,
dunked by desire that sequesters.

Where bold breezes blow a wondrous world awakes,
they swaddle silken scenes that surround so many,
fresh air is an awesome advantageous aspect all told,
it inspires instantly without waver whatsoever,
empowered energetic edge to species human,
and amazing animals as one might often observe,
inhale invigorating images imbued that tantalise the rapt rambler,
magic meadow mindfulness gets a great gee up,
from  well-found winds which waft,
woo and weave surreal semblance sumptuous,
when poets pause perhaps divine delightful dizains descend,
iridescence infinite inkling as angel aura atmospheres alights,
gust of golden genesis glad guest most warmly welcome,
shell strewn sea shore surface swept,
kaleidoscopic knots kindle conduits creative channel,
bard on boundless beach befitting benefit,
oodles of ornate overarch saline squall sequesters,
petrichor’s proboscis pleasure pick up post downpour,
quixotic quintessential quest quenched by fabulous fairytale flurry,
daylight dazzle’s deft dip driven by draught

Premium MemberMarvelous Quote by Oscar Wilde

In answer to Oscar Wilde's quote
"never love anyone who treats you like you are ordinary"

I cannot help but love him she said
But he puts you down, we pointed out
He sequesters you from your family and friends
He isolates you from your loves and your joys

She could not be persuaded, she had to find it out for herself
When she finally made the break, her happiness came back in droves
She was enthusiastic personified again, and full of good advice
You cannot tell us who to love, just remind us to love ourselves.

Premium MemberI Breathe Poetry

I breathe poetry of ebullient emotion,
the designer of dreams,
search for the sense of frosted feelings,
as they mingle totally with my twilight time,
my mind merges with densual obscurity,
impulses ingrained.

The crystal path I pave to the realm of retreat
along the contorted contours of deserted desire.
There the roses bloom amidst the spiculed cactus,
within imagination entrained,
take me with the mirage to the oasis of reverie,
with desolation dismantled.

From the splendor sprouts the foliage of fervor,
the canopy cast colors of the new sky
on the poet’s heart abdorbant.
As the twilight sequesters silence in the static time,
the poetry of life flows under the star studded sky
with fluid passion sequined.

The mesmeric moonbeam sprinkles silver dust,
my muse wafts in dreams with the tinsels of longing,
across the indscape mrsmerized,
flies in your firmament on the wings of lyrical zephyr,
entrances me with the rhyme of reminiscence,
as I write the poem for you.

A poetess of simple expression
in free flowing verse
discrete words resonate
with cadence of aria
on a single string of violin
the beginning paces down
to the ending
with no period
as the tune keeps on
echoing for long

her verses are the surge of the mountain stream
the course unpredictable carving the vale of impulse
        cascades down
        with poignant power
the torrents of leaping water unleashed on gush
race breathless over the ebullient rapids
        swirl around within
        mid-stream pools
where in the obscure depth of passion
the pearly beads of emotion lie sunk
        shrouded in enigma
        some feelings remain
        unexpressed

With the broken strands of web
of languid life and torrid times
I try to weave simple tapestry
of imagery in the poetry of heart.
Rising from the dust of trampled path
I fly on the shadow of the falling sky
to the edge of the waiting horizon,
as the twilight gleam sequesters me.

Premium MemberA Moment's Worth of Being

Situation

Switch off mind’s clutter and swish with your soluble soul
Seize the second swirl away seizure’s silent convulsions
Sequence sequesters surpass surreptitious soliloquies

Resistance

Ruminating reason and ravenous rapture restrict and resurface
Reticent roads as they relinquish romance and rhapsody’s roar
Re-infest the refuge re-establish revulsive rigid riposte in return

Peace

Paint pastels’ panache peruse provident past pastures
Pack pipe dreams and perilous pitfalls persist and perceive
Proceed to pink palettes of plentiful panorama and passion

                 Every day He Searches Recollects and Ponders when all he

Might think of is to breathe in and out without thought

Jog at skybridge
Dusk descends swiftly;
Deep darkness sums

Side by side we
Stride brisk and fast;
Stop clock moments

A neighbour smiles
Mobile cellphone chat;
Our feet speed away

Evening echoes
Cicada serenade;
Hazy ambience floats

Thoughts meander
Nothing to say;
Meal pack detour

Dinner for two
Me and you;
Silent melodrama

Digital TV
Sitcom sequesters;
Lavish drama serials

News in brief:
War, death, violence;
What else is new?

Bank account update
Cash flow and bills;
Thank God for money

Word for word
Sorry tales attest;
What happened where?

Mailbox excavation
Letters in a pile;
Billing gratitude

The Unsung Coup

A warrior by nature as summer grew in sultry heat,
I sweated with desire to count coup on the first foe I beat,
Swear by my breech clout I would grapple in hand to hand assault,
Toss and turn this Ute in mortal combat before I halt;

Or steal his associate to my ultra joy and his dread,
Add another feather to my cap seeking it shows red,
Along the Tipi fire I see a shadow stir the soup,
Keenly attempt to pull off a red color feather coup;

Enter slyly to put my first feather to the systole,
In the confounded move I flounder to breath down her taught mole,
Duel precipitates in raw battle weary raptures,
Surrenders to roll within my bison hide captures;

Victorious I swell with sensuous pride and forget to scout,
No witness on sight says the chieftain with power he flouts,
Cheats as he sequesters her away from me in his clout
I am left with out my prize and the red feather he touts.

Shooting Stars

A shooting star drops from the night sky,
Playing with my heart as I long for love,
Faded images creeping together;
Sequesters to haunt me with desire.

Touch me with magic sparkle's as you pass,
Endear me to hold your hot apron,
Tempt me to burn with you as you fall;
I seek our deliverance from hell.

Take me to be eternally yours,
The fallen can not sin anymore,
As they remain bound by intellect;
Only dwell within each others soul.

Tempt me not with thy sweet arrogance;
For I am fragile melt you with love.
