Smile and Laugh

D-awn begins to break,
E-vening shadows end;
L-ight carried by the beacon
I-s starting to
A-scend.

E-arly seventh January
C-reates a lovely Saturday;
L-et the chill on Friday fade,
A-llow the rain to go away.
R-ising sun in the morning
I-s truly good enough;
N-o more mist, fog, and haze,
A-s you smile and
L-augh.

Morning Mirth

M-orning mirth is felt,
E-arly April twenty-second;
L-ight will come your way,
B-urning beacon will
A-scend.

Q-uest for the sunny day,
U-ntil you find the blue sky;
I-nclement clime fades away,
A-s the raindrop passes by.
M-any blessings by dawn
B-ring joy to your birth;
A-llow your heart to enjoy,
O-ne Saturday morning mirth.

From the Outset

N-ever fear from the outset,
O-n the first of November;
V-ictory is in sight,
A-im not to surrender.

G-o ahead and start to climb,
E-vade the zone of fret;
M-ove up to win the battle,
A-scend from the
O-utset.

Rise From Deep Slumber

R-ise from deep slumber,
O-pen your eyes to love;
W-ake up from the bed,
E-njoy the light from above.
N-ight cold chill is gone, as the sun starts to shine;
A-pril thirtieth morn lets the new day break so fine.

A-scend from the ground,
P-ay attention to faith;
O-pen your heart to trust,
S-oar toward heaven's gate.
T-arry not in running the race
O-f life on to salvation;
L-et dark be bathed with hope, to keep away from oblivion.

A-larm your mind from sleep,
L-ook up in the blue sky;
A-llow not clouds to gather,
M-ake them flee up high.
O-pen your soul to God, just always say a prayer;
N-ever stay in the pit of black, rise from deep slumber.

L'Avalanche

With the furious rage of a thousand Winters,
A sea of injustice, waiting at the spout.
Like the irritated bite of a good man's splinters,
That swindle and split when sweetly plucked out.

The frost-fangs froth into an empty grave,
And leave all, cowering below, to their bitter end.
Sovereign cragsmen, smothered as slaves,
Like a crumbling ship, so desperate to scend.

The mighty Alps, now a fresh garden of bones,
As its prey lie tangled in the ghastly web.
Listen to the innocent and their soft, muted moans,
And slowly keep climbing from your cruel misstep.

Ballerina of Tears

Ballerina of Tears

Rippled lappings to her toes
Every years perturbation returns
To stand in deep verdant edges
Grass bank cups the legend
Of a lonely pool

Dark wisp ashen hair falls
To head bowed
She stands the Lilly naked
Shawl of her own travail

Tears incur
Soft pressed closed eyes
Remember
Each drop caught
Waves scend slowly one by one
Away from her

And in gentle water cascading
Her reflection silken
Dances
In fluidities dominion
Demi detourne, En croix, Entrechat, Soutenu en tournant

Hold her finale
Expressions of another year
In heart broken sorrow
Fails by its gravity ridden
To release her
sad
