An Outward Sign

An outward sign, instituted by Christ to give us grace.
A gift from God to show His love for all the human race.
And in return, He asks but that we follow and believe,
So, open up your hearts and lives, that grace you might receive.

You want to get to heaven but need help along the way
To keep you on the narrow path as you live day to day.
These seven sacraments that give us sanctifying grace
That we might win the race, and look upon our Savior’s face…

Yes, seven sacraments to place divine life in our souls
That we might live in holiness with heaven as our goal.
And we receive the love and life of Jesus Christ, our Lord
That we might be restored to God’s good graces evermore!

In Baptism we are reborn as Children of the Father.
In Confirmation He gives strength to be His sons and daughters.
In the Holy Eucharist Christ gives Himself as food
Through Penance we’re forgiven for not living as we should.
Anointing of the Sick can heal us at the end of life.
Through Matrimony man and woman become husband and wife.
Finally, through Holy Orders men can become priests
That Jesus’ holy work on earth might never, ever cease…

H Eternal Holy Spirit and Grace

The Eternal Holy Spirit is Eternal God and the 3rd Person of the blessed Eternal Trinity
The Eternal Holy Spirit is the love between the Eternal Father and the Eternal Son
The Eternal Holy Spirit sanctifies souls through  the gift of grace
The Eternal Holy Spirit gives us grace which is Father Christ’s life in us
There are 2 kinds of grace Sanctifying grace and Actual grace
Sanctifying grace are
1st Makes us holy and pleasing to Eternal God
2nd Makes us adopted children of Eternal God
3rd Makes us temple of the Eternal Holy Spirit
4th Gives us the right to Heaven
Actual grace is a supernatural help of Eternal God which enlightens our mind and strengthens our will to do good and to avoid evil
All the special helps that Eternal God gives are Actual graces
He gives us these helps when we need them and as long as we need them
The principal ways of obtaining grace are prayer 
And the Sacraments
Especially the Holy Eucharist or the body of Father Christ

Let The Words of My Mouth

Let the words of my mouth and meditation of my heart
Be acceptable in Your sight Lord, my strength and redeemer;
Let each word pleases you, glorifying Your Name forever,
Let every thought in my mind
bring goodness and build others around me,
Make my life be Your Greatest Love and Faithfulness’ Testimony.

Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart
Be a sanctifying grace to others, Oh God, my Lord and Savior;
Grant me wisdom to say words that uplift, heal or cure
Let everything I say are in my actions
bringing other’s courage, unity, peace and inspiration
Guard my tongue, Lord from nasty words and temptations.
