The Silent Kiss

“All creatures love in many ways-
         and how they show it will amaze”.
                                            _by Poet

     Close to the glass, the mom lifted her up-
dressed in a yellow romper with bows
                 and wispy, blonde hair circling her head.
He then came closer to the glass
                     and sat intently facing her;
with his deep, dark eyes- yet with a gentle twinkle,
           he looked calmly into her blue eyes.

         She stared at him for a moment;  
just a few inches apart- each from a different world.
                  And yet, he knew she was precious.
Quickly, he pressed his lips against the glass- 
         that showed her pink cheek on the other side.
With gentle love, the Gorilla lingered for a moment-
            then offered her his sweet, silent kiss.

Hey

A feeling deep in soul says I'm about to sink,
Bringing the mind of madness close to the brink
Overwhelming to the soul,
But  I believe that that would be it's goal
Cleaning that old romper room,
Using a old dirty broom
Did that cow really jump over the moon
Maybe an illusion from inside the mind
Clinging to any hope you may find
Yesterday , the flame of passion
Was lost to what was the fashion
Left behind
Hit rewind
To do it on their own time
Must rewrite some old nursery rhyme 
Hey diddle diddle
I'm the cat with the fiddle
Some man already landed on the moon
These words keep banging in my head
So I shuffle them around instead
keeps me from from going mad
I know that's kinda sad
I put my own special touch
At times it may be to much 
This is all I know 
So it's the end of  the show

ah, como são fáceis de superar
correntes difíceis de romper
estão dentro de nós.

O que está por trás de nós 
e o que está diante de nós
são pequenas questões 
em comparação 
com o que está dentro de nós.

Hoje, agora
livre-se das correntes
dê o primeiro grande passo
de tudo
faça um pouco a mais.

Na vida e nos negócios
é a coragem que te empurra
para lugares que você nunca esteve antes ... 
É a coragem que faz testar seus limites
e romper barreiras. 

De coragem em coragem, 
chega o dia em que 
ficar apertada dentro do broto
é mais doloroso do que florescer,
e ai acontece o resultado.

É com a coragem que você vê
o presente como você pensa o futuro
e faz sempre
mais e mais.

Em outubro,
em todos os tempos;
o poder do crescimento, 
o poder da melhoria, 
o poder de superar e romper barreiras
reside dentro do próprio coração. 

O poder que te faz imparável 
brota da rica terra do autoconhecimento
e grita: "Eu vou fazer mais.
Eu vou me tornar um ser humano maior e melhor.
Em outubro, 
eu vou fazer de tudo de bom
mais e mais.

Em julho,
em todos os tempos;

em um campo verdejante

Shadows In the Romper Room

She never slept for fear the world would disappear 
nor would she take a bite for sake of living grace 
and when her tinted shades of youth became abstruse 
timorous with apprehension, with shied away inside 
The sun appeared with streaks of gold then went away 
while little bears, dolls and talent soldiers drummed 
she rocked and rocked and rocked, until she numbed
"SHADOWS IN THE MORNING 
SHADOWS IN THE EVENING 
SHADOWS IN the ROMPER ROOM 
SHADOWS WITHOUT BLOOM :
She called out to her mother behind a wooden door 
while sunlight coughed up rays upon the dusty couch
a whiskey bottle fell, between the morning cracks 
And while the simultaneous soldiers drummed, 
she joined their stoic march with mutiny and rise.

A Summertime Friends Get Together

It’s early in the daytime when the sun is coming up
I go into the kitchen, pour my coffee in a cup,

Then I brush my teeth and comb my hair
And I figure out what I have to wear,

Bathing suit, shorts or a cute summer dress
Tried them all on, can’t decide I confess,

I pick out a romper with sandals in gold
A purse and a hat that’s about three years old,

I made up two salads, both different kinds
Goat cheese and crackers and two bottles of wine,

Then I jumped in my sports car and hoped for good weather
Because today is my Summertime Friends Get-together.

O conhecimento não é nada
para obter os resultados desejados. 

Na vida e nos negócios
é preciso coragem 
para se empurrar para lugares 
que você nunca esteve antes ... 
para testar seus limites... 
para romper barreiras. 

E chega o dia em que o risco 
de ficar apertada dentro do broto
é mais doloroso do que o risco de florescer
ai acontece o resultado.

culpando o ambiente
e as limitações externas;
mas, as correntes mais difíceis
de romper
estão dentro de nós.

O que está por trás de nós 
e o que está diante de nós
são pequenas questões 
em comparação 
com o que está dentro de nós.

Pienso, Quiero Y Desearia

A veces, quisiera gritar,

Quisiera correr,

Quisiera reir,

Quisiera llorar,

Quisiera morir,

Quisiera iluminación,

Quisiera vivir,

Quisiera escapar,

Quisiera revivir...


A veces, pienso en ustedes,

Pienso en espacio,

Pienso nublado,

Pienso oscurecido,

Pienso esclarecido,

Pienso en transparencia,

Pienso en huesos,

Pienso en naturaleza,

Pienso en actuar,

Pienso en todo...


Desearía volver a amar como antes,

Desearía saber más allá,

Desearía expresar más de lo normal,

Desearía unas manos agarrar,

Desearía en hombros impregnar,

Desearía contigo llorar,

Desearía contigo caminar,

Desearía tus abrazos recibir,

Desearía mi corazón de plata y titanio arreglar,

Desearía mi mente repasar...


Desearía que no me traicionaran,

Desearía con besos y amistad despertar,

Desearía en un paraíso soñar,

Desearía a todos concientizar,

Desearía a todos impresionar,

Desearía construir nuevos horizontes,

Desearía adversidades borrar,

Desearía romper leyes,

Aunque me cueste la vida...


Pienso en querer el deseo infinito,

Quiero un amor eterno,

Deseo uno amistad inquebrantable,

Wrecking Ball

There was nowhere to go,

but I got some company for show-

shuttled me in and out of Po',

raced a car and blew a motor...


Got me into shows,

had me playin’ like a vote,

I was reachin’ for the glows,

but was satisfied by all the bones-

in and out of cold,

I had company for show,

they let me know I was dope,

hit me up over the older phone-

waited for notes,

sat on a couch and watched wobbly-
intermittent heart throbbing,
as well as comedy-

the mood was drunken,

I raced with the stumpin’,

doin' it only once in a while-
but hey,
who are the one’s that are plunkin?


I loved Romper Stomper and reality t.v,
Boon Dock Saints, Archer and Weeds,

it was all what was happening free,

my laughter became the clapping,

my time as king was rapture,
as it seemed-

I could simply capture all my relative needs.

Manchild , growing up as an asphalt wild
out on the streets , takin' the heat , 
every now and then , gettin' my beat
earnin' respect , every little speck
stripes on my neck , head strong.....game on...

Where the motto , " no blood , no foul "
everythang but bitin' , all is allowed
rooster struttin' , straight cuttin'
head buttin' , thick skinned
short lived , little boy's playpen
no room for romper , get played by a stomper
elbow's to hip's , sweat and grit
game is the same no matter where we play it
all the big ballers talkin' it up loud
all the whip's whippin' their bumpin' sounds

You give it , you get it
no soft play out here
take it strong to the hole
or , sit over there , where
the females be hangin' , what a sexy crowd
cat callin' cutie booties rootin' us on
" get off my jock girl !! " , it's flight time
gonna take this fool beyond
inside , outside , the game doesn't change
only the score at the end of the day

Slappin' and dappin' , " much love bruh , next time "
we're only combatants inside these white lines
leave it all on the court , tommorrows another day
i'll try to be a good sport , as i remember your battle way's......
