My One True Valentine

My One True Valentine

I saw your picture and I fell in love,
It was heart to heart at first sight;
Your black eyes shown lovingly from your red buggy;
It was Christmas, you were a precious sight.

Lace around your neck, romance in the air,
You were and are my Valentine.
When February 14 raises its traditional red head,
You’ll have a box of Milk Bones and I’ll have wine.

My Annie, my Sweetheart.

My Monkey Girl

one year for christmas i got this book
called 'people of wal-mart'
filled with gross photos
of fat people in tight clothing
except for this one picture
of this cute chick holding a monkey
the top half of her head wasn't in the photo
but man, she had a pretty nose
cute chin, too
oh monkey girl
will i ever know the pleasure
of navigating shopping facilities
with primate in tow
just me
and my monkey girl?

The Three Words

If I had one wish
That would have to come true
It would be on Christmas day
I can touch and hold you
To look in your eyes
And tell you how I feel
But since I can’t see you
I guess I’ll have to deal
I’ll tell you in this poem
What you mean to me
You made my heart fly
You made my soul fly free
But when I say it
I say it being true
The three words that say it all
Those three words say “I love you.”

Christmas Morning (A New Leaf In Life?)

You’re like Christmas morning when I was four
I’m wide awake and can’t sleep
I’m filled with excitement and cannot wait to hear from you again
Each minute has been an eternity since we last spoke
What awaits with morning’s light?
Nobody really knows
We’ll just see how everything goes
I pray it turns out alright
This experiment is cause for merriment
Will more follow?
We’ll see
As for now, like Christmas morning,
I am filled with uncertainty,
but most of all,
an unprecedented ecstasy

Man of My Dreams

Lucky in every way,
Christmas everyday,
Is how I feel when I see your smile.
A man of steel,
Too good to be real,
I think I might hang around for awhile.
The touch of your hands,
Intense romance,
Makes me quiver at the thought of you.
Holding hands as we walk,
Laugh and smile as we talk,
Oh my god you're too good to be true.
Long strolls in the park,
Gentle kisses in the dark,
I love you so much I could scream.
Thanks for being you,
You're a wish come true,
You're forever the man of my dreams.

I Still Write Letters

Call me a dinosaur,
Call me square,
I don't care,
Letters to write I dare.

They are something I love to share,
Even if others stare,
I don't care,
Letters to write I dare.

Reply's they come from afar,
To bring the writer nearer.
I do care,
Letters to write I dare.

Thoughts on paper,
Never truer,
I do care,
And I do dare,

It's Christmas time of year,
From you I would like to hear,
In a letter, if you dare,
While your memory is still clear.

A stamp I attach here,
On an envelope with my name yet to appear,
I know for truth you care,
So a letter to write you should dare.

Love Letter From the Soul Xviii

T, Whipped in with the passion fruit pavlova your love dangles me, caresses me so so delicately; tongued, swirled, teased then tasted ~ ~ oh so so heavenly sent and enjoyed on this my very very special Christmas Eve night a dessert destined to destroy then rebuild deliciousness delivered and devoured in creases where trust is created in more than a meal pursed lips press under a star lit tree dressed in little more than desire me in a bow tie you in your red best burning down candles with much more than fire presents await but your presence is all covertly coveted

Paying Off In Magnolia Fragrance

Listening to your breathing, longing for your touch

Paying off in magnolia fragrant blooms
Large white puffy clouds, clear blue floating alive in the sea of sky
Forever is visible here, forever is believable

The breath of God, and flutter of his angel's wings
Reach up to heaven, touch the moon and lasso the vastness
Wooded cover visible in your mahogany eyes, sparkle like stars

Ripples of toned muscles, greet my stolen touch
Steal a look, hold a hand every chance, to love and be loved
You are my love, my life, my expectation of tomorrow
You are my only husband

God bless you Love in 2010 and forward!

Oh Sweetheart

Oh sweetheart,
How could I ever evince my Love for thee
in this freezing Love winter could not even walk free
Im just awaiting you under this vast ancient tree
Where we used to date in the frigid morning at three

With the buzzing artful sound of a bee
and the sweet taste of a hot coffee
I do a marriage proposal, will you agree?
please accept so I drown in the sea of glee

Oh sweetheart,
Even by a mistake if you turned down my proposal
Black would be the colour of the apple
No more glossy shall be the crystal
Between Angels and God shall blast a quarrel
And the Demons shall be forever immortal
Open burning will it be in every jungle
On this Earth, shall the buildings crumble

Oh sweetheart,
For me, you, in this world are the most precious
No more you, no more meaning for christmas
You became the pure brightness
For my world's evil darkness
Be with me and shall the story become endless....

Before a Lover a Friend

Before a Lover a friend.

Before the trust, the laughter and comfortable period of not understanding.

Before the holding hands, and whispers in the quiet corners, the excitement of the ringing of the phone.

Before the glint of the moon or sunrise in loving eyes, the anticipation of the word hello.

The butterflies and joyous sensation of the first meal, this as a friend knowing lovers will be.

Shared together the time spent in our minds, words said and repeated still funny as if heard never said before.

The night-time wish, morning greeting makes each day as new and better than before.

Gifts given for no reason just to say your on my mind, the first kiss like a child on Christmas morning.

On crescent waves of joy we go, though rains may fall together we share the umbrella of our love.

From friend to lover we slowly move on, no rush for we took our time to know each other.

The Present

Since we met you're the one who has had my attention, the
dating world is so suspenseful but you made it easier for me to
open up and give up what everyone is fighting to keep. I believe
the love we share runs deep yet we never said it, you're the one
I thought was too good for me, even if I looked myself in the
mirror I still wouldn't envision what you see. God blessed me
right with you, I needed someone who would show me I wasn't
the only one who still believed in giving their all, stepping out on
faith and lucky me right when I look in your eyes all I see is how
gracious God has been to me, so I still seek him about us, the
future and the present, in an instant he could separate us in a
matter of seconds. So I'm thankful for the good but I look
forward to the bad, truth is I never really had someone worth
enduring those times, so I don't take what we have for granted
you are truly my early Christmas gift.

Please Don'T Leave Me Alone

I need you in my life please don't go away
I have told my mother about you that you
Are my love at Christmas Eve
Please don't leave me alone because your
Love and my love memories are unforgettable
I see you in my dreams all night because you
Are part of my soul like my bones and marrow
Please don't go away because your love
Has taken me to the top of love tower and I
Can not jump down please remember how we started
Under the rain and lonely snow droplets that
Fell on us that first night
You promised me that I am yours till eternity
That the sweetness of our love is age less
Now that you have taken me to the mountain
Of love you want to leave me alone like a sheep
Without Shepherd
You have taken me to the island of love only
To leave me alone like a broken boat
Remember our love vows I for you and you for me
The flowers you gave to me are still in my room
Please don't leave because I am a wounded
Love soldier that need your love treatment

Christmas Teddy Bear, On Cd

Darling, what I want for Christmas, is you to be my teddy bear,
Some hugs and kisses between us, a song and dance to share,
Some hugs and kisses between us, a warm and listening ear,
Some hugs and kisses between us, the charm of Christmas cheer,

Yes, what I want for Christmas, is you to be my teddy bear,
Some hugs and kisses between us, in tender loving care,
Some hugs and kisses between us, a song and dance to share,
Some hugs and kisses between us, as I hold you near,

For love to be with us, throughout our Christmas years,
Darling, what I want for Christmas, is you to be my teddy bear,
Some hugs and kisses between us, the charm of Christmas cheer,
Some hugs and kisses between us, the warmth of Christmas dear,

Enduring love to be with us, throughout our Christmas years,
Darling, what I want for Christmas, is you to be my teddy bear,
Some hugs and kisses between us, some hugs and kisses between us,
Some hugs and kisses between us, "Won't you be my teddy bear!!"

Crazy For You

Crazy for you

You call me crazy but I'm crazy over you, I don't want to scare you so I can message you less, once a day if you want me too.

I'll send you flowers and presents not on your birthday valentine Christmas or anniversaries to prove I care about you, any day week or month because my heart wants you any and all time not when it's told its time to love.

Take that leap reach out and take hold, what do you have to lose? Take a chance with someone who's a man not a boy, I've been hurt before and turned my back but you came along and now I don't want to be alone.

No tears are promised just that I will wipe them not walk away, friendship and trust because I care for you as you know I do.

Love will take its time, a day week month or year, I'm in no hurry so don't be afraid we'll take it slowly for Rome and life was not built in a day.

So reach out one hand and I'll take it in mine, and together we'll become one friend one lover one heart woman and man.

My First Love

First Love

I never thought I would meet a nice man like you
All the other men is nothing compared to you
We met on a nice beautiful day
I might say
All I kept thinking are you going to like me
Or are you going to fake me
My stomach is spinning
Butterflies are turn into
Red blushed face
My heart it starts to race
I am thinking am I at your pace?

Do you like me?
Or should I leave you alone
I wish you would tell me because
My face is starting to a frown
You probably think I am starting to act like a clown
Because of all of the fear and it is tearing me apart
Because I really like you
Just then you asked me out
Without a doubt
You told me I was very beautiful
When you look at my eyes
I smile from cheek to cheek

We walk together hand and hand
For three years now its been
You are my man and my friend
I remember one day that you touched my heart.
On Christmas day
I thought I was dreaming
When you got on your knee and
Asked me to be your wife
I knew it would change my life and the future
All I kept saying is Dreams do come true.
If you believe in love and let things go their way
You will find your true happiness.
As we do.

O' Destiny Why Did Thy Fatal Blow Come

O' Destiny Why Did Thy Fatal Blow Come?

Within midnight's pallid moonlight
Glows that sad heart boldly demand
Memories of that fateful night
And loss of a true angel's hands
O' destiny why did thy fatal blow come?

Within her love, lay paradise
Sensual appetites and more
Kisses that did more than suffice
To leave me begging for much more
O' destiny why did thy fatal blow come?

Within this world, misery ebbs
Huge waves crash and massive tides turn
Like flies in hungry spider's web
Fate cries, victims get what they earn
O' destiny why did thy fatal blow come?

Within dreams reality denies
Dance nights that lovers truly miss
Beddings, and yellow moonlit skies
Before hearing snake's deadly hiss
O' destiny why did thy fatal blow come?

Within life that sorrows now infect
Love's past memories sustain
Briefest moments to this reflect
How I shall not kiss you again
O' destiny why did thy fatal blow come?

Mother of Nature

Mother of Nature
"The sounds of Earth is the music of my soul."
Quote written by: Constance La France *+*
Who is the mystic mother of nature The one who paints the earth in such grandeur Working away hardly taking a break Changing the seasons with finessing grace. Spring sings pleasantly o'er whispering breeze Humming through newly sprung leaves upon trees Blossom on boughs which for long had stood bare Their delicate fragrance lingers on air. Earth is gleeful when summer has begun Flora and fauna bloom beneath the sun And what delight to be beside the sea As waves ebb and flow melodiously. Autumn's the time to gather harvest fruits A picturesque view for lovers pursuits Flamboyant leaves are preparing their dance The swaying, swirling ballet of romance. Gracefully serene is the winter scene Frosty mornings, crystal snowflakes that sheen Choirs out carol singing below the moon Excited are children, it's Christmas soon. Mother of nature toils undefeated Till every single task is completed Loving all seasons she gives of her best It's a must to show her bequest respect.

Walking Down the Memory Lane

I still remember the day
First time we met i
You looked into my eyes straight
And I forgot the surroundings and our mates

Day by day ,We got closer and closer
Ours was a different world altogether
Those hugs and those kisses
Did we miss even for a single day?
Every moment of our life
was nothing but a Christmas day

Wow what a life
What a feeling
We holding each others
Sunny were days and
Lightening nights

Baby I was in heaven
Didn’t know a day can get dark even
I loved you like crazy
But things kept you little busy
I thought you needed time
You left me alone and kept flying ti

Baby,I don't know the future unfolding
I love you and I am still waiting
You left me alone and sad
Everything melts down when I remember the days together we had

Wow what a life
What a feeling
We holding each others
Sunny were days and
Lightening nights

Baby you went away for your own reasons

Season Miracle

Okay so here we are again the holiday season upon us approaching and an end to another
year
Most people are happy and children filled with such Christmas cheer
For me in my present times my emotions for the season just can't be sincere
My kids are so far out of state and they won't be here
The man I'm deeply in love with isn't near
While most are hungry for a traditional Christmas dinner and pumpkin pie
I'm here forcing myself not to and will not allow myself to cry
It's his eyes that I need to gaze so lovingly into, that is for what I'm famished
The years apart and the miles between us never caused our love in any way to diminish
Holding my kids tightly is something I miss so much
Oh how I wish they were here so I could see their sweet smiling faces and such
All I see upon closing my eyes is my reaching out to them, and them reaching back to me, I
long so badly for each and everyone of their touch
So while people are listening to the church bells ringing
Carolers that go door to door with their Christmas songs that they will be singing
And to the New Year everyone soon will be in their homes and hearts bringing
I'll be right here wishing on a miracle or two
It could happen you know and something good is just bound to happen soon
I keep my faith, and I open my heart, soul, and mind up and try very hard everyday in
every way to keep right on pushing through
I want to wish a Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, Seasons Greetings, and a very Happy
New Year to all of you
God Bless each and everyone may all your dreams come true

His Beauty Revealed On Christmas Day

As the snow falls around me, I marvel at God’s wholesome and worthy entity. The Lord, on his special day, has given me a gift so precious and special; He has opened my eyes to his wondrous glory. The Lord above all has allowed me to see the beauty in the smallest of things: The stars and moon at night, and the clouds and sun by day; The little trickles of freezing cold, yet clean, fresh, clear water Running down the mountainsides, quenching my insatiable thirst; The trees in all their grandeur, That provide my warmth when I gather their branches; The leaves and pine needles at my feet, Providing soft beds for me and all the forest creatures. Best of all of these, however, is the snow. The beautiful snow in which no two snowflakes are the same. The same biting cold, yet strangely comforting and fulfilling snow, In which brings forth light on the darkest of days. I must thank the all-loving God, who has bestowed upon me this glorious gift. Me, a pathetic excuse for a soldier who has run away From the sight of bloodshed because I cannot stand to fight another friend. Me, a coward who is now running from the law, And living solely in the forest for fear of being caught and hanged. Me, a God-believing man who has sinned greatly. But I have repented. I have asked God for forgiveness of my sins on Christmas Eve night, And He has replied by giving me snow on Christmas morning, showing me that I am not alone, and that I should not be afraid. And, by His grace, when all I have been seeing was darkness and despair, He opened me up to allow me to see the beauty and light in all his creation. “I praise You, oh glorious God, for giving me this most wonderful gift! I thank You for forgiving me, a sinner, of all my wrongdoings, and for giving me this awe-inspiring gift, for which I have done nothing to deserve! I exalt you on high, oh Lord, for all that you have done and given me, and will do for me and give me! I will love and praise you always! Amen.”

Holding Her Dear, Soft Hand

Sitting in the bright morning skies,
the clouds white and glorious
and she right by my side.
O I hold her dear, soft hand
and she turns her lovely face
in my direction
and my heart melts into an iron pot
made for the evening passionate love
and I kiss her upon those pink lips
that bring such wonders to my
imagination that turns into reality
with a lean forward and the puckering of lips!
Love such a wonderful thing,
a single kiss that fuses two strangers together
and two hearts, which soon become one!
How love is such an adventure,
how love brightens ones' days in their darkest hours.
As we sit, watching the sun rise,
and sun set we venture out into the wilds of stormy realities
and I am not afraid of death;
for I am holding her dear, soft hand.

Her smile brightens such beauty in my soul
and makes a blind man see,
and a cripple walk,
and stops an ocean from destroying a fishing village
and keeps the demons at bay
and watch the spirit walk amaying;
such beauty,
O she brings to me.

Loving her,
with a single kiss,
a single, warm embrace
a rose for each day of the week I am with her,
a jewel for each month I am with her,
and a single innocent and pure child
for every year I am with her.
As I hold gently her dear, soft hand
I am not afraid of the dark secrets that lurk around dark corners
of crowded and bustling evening walkways,
and I hold her close to me,
(I hold her close to my heart)
and I smile,
for happiness is such a beautiful gift
and simple, yet glorious gift wrapped in gold wrapping paper
and tied with a crimson bow
put under the Christmas tree of my own heart
kept for safe keeping there,
and I retire to my bed of roses with her,
gently holding her dear, soft hand!
and we sleep together, like that
and we dream of what is to come in the near, blessed future
of our love together.
Wearing the pearl necklace and that golden bracelet
of such beauty that takes her smile and takes it sky high
to a different place, unlike this one.
We such two lovers in, sharing love,
and I holding her dear, soft hand forever and ever.

Angel From Above

Something special you are I must say
You are the last and first person I talk to every day
I was on my knees every night just to pray
Pray for the right girl to come along and take the pain away
Asking God to send me a dime was probably why meeting you was such a delay
God said I deserved a dollar and someone who would meet me halfway
Me and you together with God as our foundation we will be okay

Finding you was something I really didn’t believe
But your like that one present I open early on Christmas eve
I finally found that one needle in the hay stack
And the past will stay in the past so I no longer have to look back
And my heart shall no longer be under any form of attack

You aren’t like the average girl
Ill ask for a ruby and you will go find a pearl
Starting my life with you is something to cherish
Because I know the feelings we have for one another won’t perish

You are that star that shines so bright
And right now we are the new authors of the book of love so let’s begin to rewrite
You are my sunrise and sunset
God putting two angels together knowing that’s our voice will be a beautiful duet
You are my love behind a locked door
But as of now the door is not locked anymore

You now hold the key inside of your heart
Something I know I will never tear apart
Because I wouldn’t dare ruin God’s art
At times we may push each others buttons but one button that won’t be touched is restart
Ups and downs we will go through
But baby I believe in us so I will always continue to pursue
Take my hand love and let’s pray so we can be bonded with God’s special glue

You are so many things in which I can’t name
But I will tell you that you are going to be in the hall of fame
When I saw you I already knew
That you were the one for me
And hopefully I wish that you agree
You know they say the best things in life are free
And something I do believe is our love will be deeper than the sea

Let’s just let our relationship fly freely like a dove
Because one thing that will always be free is my love
There are a lot of things I don’t know or can speak of
But one thing I am certain of is that you are my angel sent from above
