Reluctant to Being Repugnant and Recalcitrant
Are many times that we may be reluctant,
To ever think about becoming recalcitrant;
Hard to accept,
Even if inept;
Never include someone who is repugnant.

Trump Really Recalcitrant
Not pertaining to Trump is irrelevant;
He was mad and became recalcitrant,
Brain oblique;
Likes to leak,
And ignores if you are an immigrant.

His sins, many thousands of them,
Lie buried in the anonymous soil.
Over his mantelpiece a proverb hangs:
"Aus den Augen, aus dem Sinn."
On his shelf "Mein Kampf" is visible.
"It must never happen again,"
he is quick to reassure the fainthearted.
All else is new:
His car, his house, his political complexion,
His hairstyle, his face, everything.
Everything? No, not quite everything.
If you want a new car, you can buy one.
If you want a new house, you may get the money.
If you want a new political complexion,
You can always change your daily newspaper.
If you want a new hairstyle,
You can always pay a little extra.
If you want a new a new face, it can be arranged
(or rearranged).
And the heart, the old hard heart?
Ask for a transplant.
You can always ask, but
Not for love or money
Can you change the past.
Aus den Augen, aus dem Sinn Out of sight, out of mind

It was in the quiver of the blades
Of grass by my feet
And in the soft whisper
Of the wind as it did fleet
Across my skin
On what was finally a decent day
To just sit on a ledge
In sight of the setting sun
And pledge
To pay heed to the fly's buzz
That I surmised
That even if I could not survive
In the most elegant manor
My 'recalcitrant' banner
Would not be lowered.
For the beauty of life
Lay in going against the tide
of a calm river
With net in hand
Pinched by sand
To get me a catch
And yet to allow oneself
The liberty of being
Subdued by white water
When and if, seeing
It tug too enthusiastically
At my limbs.
Because, if I had been blindly doing
What was meant to be done,
On that decent day,
I would never have begun
To notice
The quiver of the blades
Of grass by my feet
Or the soft whisper
Of the wind as it did fleet
Across my skin.

Recalcitrant students in a classroom.
For any teacher, that usually spells doom.
It is a fine art making children behave.
What can be done if they rant and rave?
They usually dislike an environment that’s didactic.
Instructing these pupils can be quite hectic.
How do you combat their incorrigibility?
Sometimes, it seems like an impossibility.
This is a task that displays formidability.
