A TIME TO REFLECT
A time to reflect with faith's glow
is now... inviting me to bask
under God's stream of blessing flow
while exposing my all, sans mask.
Admitting my weakness and pain
since human nature does prevail…
now, I must vanquish tempter’s reign
trusting the Lord that does not fail.
Let me present thanksgiving list
of how the Almighty showed well
His power of miracles’ twist
as now in Him my heart does dwell.
He did reach out to save my soul
granting life eternal as gift
hence, making me verily whole…
now, I praise Him with joyous lift.
Beholding Him supplying my need
healing ailment sick midst gloomy days…
here am I now vibrantly freed
sharing well His abundant grace.
Having His peace against guilt’s noise
with pardon along vibrant hope…
my faith now bows in humbling poise
to withstand trials’ grievous scope.
Seeing Him answer prayer quest
providing timely every plight…
while propped by intercession zest
now, I ought to rest in His might.
