If only you knew
If only you knew how I admire you
For your loving heart, what you say and do
A fine example of humanity
Exceptional sentimentality.
Because of you the world’s a nicer place
With the splendour of your astounding grace
Magnificence from your poetic pen
Is a joy to read again and again.
You found a glorious love, pure and true
That teaches the world to love as you do
You shower glitter o’er the darkest days
Happiness and joy from your heart always.
You may perceive you are the precious star
Who shines upon earth wherever you are
Continue writing, smiling, singing too
The world will smile and sing a song with you.
If only you Knew.
