Our Lord God, Jesus Christ, is well able to deliver us part four Q and A
Q What does the word sin mean?
A Think of an archer, shooting an arrow at a target. His arrow hits the target but
fails 'to hit the bullseye.' It's often referred to as 'missing the mark.'
Q If we don't accept His blood atonement for our sins, who ultimately pays the
penalty for them, Jesus Christ or us?
A We do and we die baring the eternal penalty for our own sins first in Hades and
finally in the Lake of Fire for all of our eternity's. A free gift is only valuable only
if it's received by us and when we reject His free gifts of pardon and eternal life,
we will spend all of eternity separated from God and all of our redeemed loved
ones.
Q "I don't want to worship a God that sends me to hell?" Tom of the Watchman
River Channel always informs his listening audience.
A "First off, God doesn't send anyone to hell, we send ourselves there." We will
face Him on judgement day with our sins still inside of us and thus perish with
them.
Q "Why not leave me alone and let me live my own life and raise my family?"
A Because God will hold us accountable if we fail to warn you. And because
we care enough about you to tell you the good news of the gospel of Jesus
Christ.
Q "My good deeds far out weigh my bad deeds and I'm more good than bad.
Surely Jesus will see all of my good deeds and let me into heaven?"
A "By grace are we saved and not by works least anyone should boast." Jesus
paid the ultimate sacrificial price by His pure blood.
Q Why does GOD claim the Messiah will come through the 'seed of the woman?'
A Cause our human blood's been contaminated by sin and it comes from our father.
God the Father, via the Holy Spirit, impregnated the virgin Mary. Thus by-passing
having Jesus inherit the sinful blood line of His earthly father, Joseph. Without His
'immaculate conception,' he would've been born with a human's sin nature and
needed a savior for himself. The angel Gabriel informed Joseph: Not to have any
intimate relationship's with her, until after her first born son was born. Thus he
was obedient to the angle's instructions.
Q What as another major reason, Jesus came to earth besides our redemption's?
A "To crush the head of the serpent," Thus winning His ultimate victory over Satan,
His defeated foe. Satan, has a gigantic painful head's contusion cause of it! His
final destiny is the lake of fire!
