A Picnic In the Meadow
It’s a lovely day sweetie
and a nice day for a picnic.
I’ll take our favorite blanket,
you know the one you gave
me last Spring.
I’ll make your favorite sand-
witches too.
My homemade chocolate
cookies.
I will throw in some grapes and
watermelon as well.
Oh I must not forget the ice cold
champagne.
But you must bring the music so
we could dance under the stars.
Is it a date sweetie?
