Under the stars

Comrades, we still live under the stars for many years, People identify us Lankan Tamil refugees, No passport, no visa and no citizenship here's, Twist of fate brings to live as deserters for centuries, We are neither separatists nor terrorists, And we are the first victims of the civil war, Economic crisis leads to economic migrants, the largest, We abide in a house away from the home nation more, The mother land fails to protect our human rights, We migrate in search of protection and settling, Thousand and thousand memories are lingering in the minds, The stars shine bright above our interim dwelling, And watches the sleeping children of the globe, Certain darkness is needed to see the twinkling stars, Are they real mirrors to reflect the truth bold?, That is inside our wavering minds and affairs, We are the unhappy children of the universe, Shiny stars are our beloved brothers and sisters, They gaze us from the darkest sky like birds, And they are far away from asylum seekers rather, Like our home nation and brotherly citizen, Every one lives in safer home and own door, Unfortunately we are in danger knacks and stumbling, Our crisis is a humanitarian and challenging war, That may be collectively faced and solved, There is a widespread feeling of discomfort, Still we are not citizen, but as refugees called, please give us dignity, warmth and comfort.
