INCARNATE

Bound to this world,
Between two doves stands a gateway,
A pathway to the other side,
Where God can judge me in another life,
For this journey I have no sight,
For this moment I’ve prepared all my life,
In Biblical scriptures we are told,
Following once faith,
Faith tells us so,
For all the faiths in life I view,
Surely my faith,
Ask them to kindly know,
A stairway to heaven,
An afterlife I shall find,
As dreams are forgotten,
My thoughts out of mind,
My past life will be nevermore,
On this journey,
New friends to acquire,
To be a great listener,
Believe the words,
As silent as it seems,
As a spirit,
What will I be?
