Mind , Body and Soul
Mind , Body and Soul make me whole.
But this particular day everything was in disarray.
Woe is me as I cannot seem to move my body,
The sprit is willing but body is weak,more importantly I have lost my speech.How can I ask for help when my body refuses to work.
Trapped in a body , no communication to alert others I truly am in dyer straights.
God heard my cries and my sister came to help
Saw that something was wrong and immediately called for the emergency services and GP.
They rushed me to the hospital and tests were done
That was when I found out I had suffered a mental health
Episode . The day I was known as a Schizophrenia person.
Learning about my new mental health condition was daunting to me, taking it all in was depressing.
With the love of family friends and medical assistance my life is fine.
Do not take your Body ,Mind and Soul for granteded especially your Mental health .you only have one body.
