Eternal Verge

ravens croak
      applauding twilight
larks churr
    saluting sunrise

a last dance over
an inverted verge.

a perpetual encounter
    the last mesh of murk
         against gleams of glow

held in abeyance,
    opposites wrangling
         like birth and demise
asking intricate questions
     preserve or discharge
          uncertain anxieties

ravens claim temporal flesh,
     their ravenousness relished,
dominant despotism
                     it seems.

yet our lark’s song resonates
                    stirring our species
influencing our intimate impressions,
     channelling subconsciously
          our choice
               around that inverted verge

        eternally guarding us

Screams

Can you hear it?
Not that anybody presses so,
But still,
There they are.

Their obnoxious shouting,
With twitching countenances,
A purely inconceivable demeanor
Consisting of nothing
But insanity,
Lust,
And overall
Ravenousness.

They used to walk,
Walk inside,
And back out again
Ever so orderly.

Gloriously gallant guards
Protecting the central base
Of their livelihood.

Now,
They scramble
Writhing,
Self-penalizing,
Wriggling with utter chaos
As the lot of anxious,
Swinish abominations
That we now realize they are.

That we are.

Judgement

Why do we judge others so harshly...
Are we ourselves perfect? In every sense of the word?
Jealousy and envy have no place in your heart...
It naws like a ravenousness beast thrashing at everything good & loving until nothing is left but hatred...
Everyone just wants to be accepted and loved...
Why can’t we uplift one another??
Why can’t our words be filled with love and encouragement?
In that love lies the real power of the soul...
Go within and find your love and let that love be a beacon of hope for all to see!
Let your light shine bright into this world!

Inflamed.....

A turning of weakness each time you look into my mind
I can not hide The thought of twisting into lust
Lay upon a wooded ground our lovers domain
Body to body your flesh is full of burning hunger
An instinict of a hunter taking its prey
Your ravenousness as you tear away the layers
An urgency out of control thats just you being you
We tempt our inner desire we can not deny
A fire between you and I it sets the moon alive
I the temptress urges your deepest yearning
An excitment of enlightment shadows
Screams in tune to a moment of timeless seduction
The forest is our walls the trees dance to gentle breeze
A bed of leaves protects our bareness
Our nudity has no disgrace just a blessing to be caressed
Two souls that meet embraced with a knowing
A love that is deep as the reddest crimson rose
Enchanted by respected admire
For it is you and I that sends fire through and through
A burning that is as, a burning should be
As strong as the rising of inflamed fire
We are flames that are now entwined as one

Jetsam

Sitting on the end jetty stone
wet to knees in higher waves
as granite wears into aching tailbones
Toes cramp in shiver shudder cold
gripping and clawing at permafrost wind chill
like a washed out windswept sandstone toothache
throbbing and thundering in
captured cloudburst passion
High tide clasping wet claw reach
at ever pulling moon brings with it
all the feeding energies of cyclic ravenousness
filling rips and eddies with teeth
and tongues of layered hungers
And there, at the peak of all this energy,
one sits in lonely tear filled sadness
Absolutely oblivious to any of this natural occurrence
 waiting in silence,
impervious to agonizing cold,
lost in sick, sodden,sullen, solitude,
 waiting,
simply waiting.
An alabaster, claw hammered remnant of refuse
on an otherwise empty section of entrance
 to harbor and home.
