Premium Memberhope is diminishing rapidly

Cheri’s purse has been found near a retention pond
it has her ID, credit cards, and her medical card
They drain the pond and find her car keys and one boot
Cheri has been missing for six days
It is a cold November, she did not go far without a boot
hope that they will find her alive is diminishing rapidly
her mother begs to keep her boot, but it is evidence
Confiscated by the police

Premium MemberRapidly Changing Chameleon

Being a chameleon is easy for I am born under Gemini sign
Mercurial and free flowing, I am held to my own desires
I wake up as Pollock one morning, Poe the next.
Coleridge and Van Gogh may not show up until Thursday
if at all. It might not be their week.

Yesterday I was a peacock before chameleon me appeared.
Male of course, as they have the prettiest colors of aqua and cobalt.
The day before, I was an oak. A giant Cheshire cat was sitting on me.
I am not averse to being a closet monster either.
It is one of my happiest memories.

Honesty protrudes out of my art and writings when I am human.
When I am the wind, or the daffodil, I merely am.
I never know what I will be.
Sometimes I change in the middle of a thought.
OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW
I am now a wolf, a lone wolf, so stand back and keep your distance.

river

 on edge

             feels it coming

                          water falls from heaven

she has to grow up into cascades meandering and delta

in source resides meaning’s transcendent flow - depth gauge in hand

              gravity calls her impermanence

                                                      mission statement accomplished

                                                                                        essential destiny’s

                                                                             droplets

Premium MemberRapidly Spinning Color Moods

Azure hearts turn red when oxygen hits
Yellow mood today, submarine, Beatles, sunshine.
Gypsies, tramps and thieves.
Cher in my mind, song ends, rewinds, repeats.
Her Indian outfit by Bob Mackie, pure wow.
How you dressed Cher and Carol Bob. Pure Diva.
As if we could have loved either of them anymore.
And yet we did.
Thanks to your clothes.
Green eyes. Only seven percent of the world
Reportedly has them. Hazel? Maybe. Green? Unsure.
But mine have gold flecks. Multi-colored.
No one’s eyes are exactly the same.
Mine are fading a bit, not the same as yesterday
Or maybe even two hours ago.
Tula Rula Rula. Azure hearts turning red.
But blue under the skin.
You can see that when you look at your wrist vein, right?
Dendrites are on fire today,
Free-basing, not needing any input from me
As they do not have to deal with oxygen or
Reality or anything else.
Rapidly spinning into a red and blue mood.
Patriotic feeling, in spite of things.

Premium MemberI Move Rapidly

I implode into myself and
immediately begin regenerating.
Someone throws a box on me.
I spark up, mad.
I am jumping, popping, orange and black mad now.
I almost get her face.
I am in a new dimension of self, my angry mode.
Smacking, packling, mackling mad.
I turn the box flakey, gray, and watch
satisfied when I decimate it completely
and it falls into my bowels.
A human dumps dried oak leaves over my head.
I like oak leaves; they are fun.
I move rapidly, my gray clouds rise
floating dangerously toward them.
Someone pops a chair over me.
I take my time with it,
chairs are slow to start.
But when they do,
it's so much fun
to destroy.
