Premium MemberI am too this I am too Fat

I’m too this, I’m too me, I'm too that,
Too happy, too sad, too thin, too fat
Why do you want to be with me, you louse?
I am as irrational and deranged as the Winchester House.

Your criticisms have been a long time coming.
I can sing them in my sleep, they are always humming
I am too weird, I am too mild.
You think you are the adult and I’m your child?

I have a word or two for you.
But pouting is awful to watch, so I’ll be blue.
Keeping my thoughts to myself, to keep safe.
You are no prize or prince, old Rafe.

You will be lucky yourself to find a normal gal.
You are not a friend, a good lover, a confidant or a pal.
I will keep these thoughts to myself, of course.
But your brain is mean, and your skin is coarse.

You have a smell I cannot put my mind upon.
I think I’ll go off with your friend Big John.
We will not think of you at all, old Rafe.
Being with you has been a big disgrace.

Premium MemberHiding From Rafe

The fearful girl was terrified, so they kept her hidden
Inside a grandfather clock constructed by Mr. McGiven
She kept silent, as they traveled, did not make one peep.
A protective raccoon kept his eyes on her when she was asleep.

Skeleton Man watched the road ahead, for intruders and such.
If anyone came to get her, they would have to fight him for her hutch.
The animals were determined to keep the fearful girl safe.
She was in hiding from a truly mean boss whose name was Rafe.

Premium MemberKeeping Golden Slips and Pops Safe

Neon the elf child was the last one to be trusted with the dragon’s light
her soul was sad that others had failed, she wandered into the night.
holding the gift of golden slips and pops, her ears feeling quite bright.
Rafe, her dragon guardian hiding in the bushes, kept her within his sight.

a rustle in the woods brought the dragon’s attention to the fray.
he wondered if he was going to have to spring, and perhaps slay.
it was a brownie and a faerie, they offered to aide her on her way.
he settled down and watched them, wary, this dragon keeper gray.

weird brownie was full of jokes, the dragon noted they were kind of bad.
But Neon the elf child was no longer alone, for this he felt quite glad.
sweet faerie offered to help keep the gift of gold slips and pops safe.
dragon began to relax, he was feeling content, Neon's dragon, Rafe.

Premium MemberHer Eggs Were Safe

Mother Wren’s nest felt heavier today
She wondered about this as she flew away
When she looked back she saw the hang on faeries
They were watching her eggs, among the holiday berries.

Mother Wren felt grateful, she was thrilled with this scene.
She knew they had been sent by her comrade the wren-loving queen.
She flew off to get food, feeling happy that her eggs were safe.
Under the jurisdiction of the head protector faerie, named Rafe.

Premium MemberMonster Family Stomp

welcome to the monster family stomp
tromp slap skittle scurry trip and tromp
were those the rats so evil and furry?
monsters are afraid of these creatures, so hurry!

I think one just bit me down deep in my head!
Man up, you idiot, yelled my uncle rafe.
Dracula is here, showing us how to dance red.
A hoarse laugh made me feel unsafe.

This is as idiotic as the two-step said Auntie Mare.
The next thing I knew, she was thrown down a stair.
Next time there won’t be a warning, Dracula said with a sneer.
I was horrified, because now I was filled with big fear.

tromp slap skittle scurry stomp stomp stomp
this line dancing set up fits well in this swamp.
glad you like it, I can read your mind.
it was some strange creature of the loudest kind.

tromp slap skittle spin twirl, dash spin.
I did not dare get out of the family line I was in.

Premium MemberSweet Eater

Sweet Eater was pink from the inside out.
We saw her coming and we all gave a shout.
She had a sweet disposition she never did pout.
But she ate our pantries and our kitchens out.

She devoured cookies, she devoured bread.
Her cheeks got pink and her teeth got red.
She slurped up frosting, and she ate our cheese.
She could barely walk on her corpulent big old knees.

She’s coming! We yelled, getting out of the way.
She usually appeared on the third Thursday.
She liked sweets especially, our food was not safe.
She’s a glutton! Said our cousin, Mr. Rutherford Rafe.

Premium MemberMr Rafe Gives Trusting Bunny a Lift

Nothing to see here the black bear said.
I am giving the rabbit a lift with my head.
Then you will eat him? Someone asked with glee.
The bear rolled his eyes and said “tweedle dee dee”.

The rabbit had not thought of this possibility.
He wondered then if too trusting he must be.
But the bear was his friend, so would keep him safe.
They had a terrific friendship, he and Mr. Rafe.

Mr. Rafe whispered you should scream.
It would be fun to wake them up from this dream.
The rabbit did not feel as comfortable now.
But glad it was a dream, this part was a wow.

Premium MemberDiana of the Woods

Diana asked father to change her into a mighty, formidable centaur.
He was surprised; she would not relent his determined child, his star.
So he sent her to the wizard, who had spells to do most everything.
Wee wizard changed her into a centaur and gave her arrows that zing.

Arrows were magic, but he knew she would need them more than ever.
Road would be more difficult, she would return to a human never.
Her suiters were stunned, they ran away, fast, horrified by her change.
She was in her element, however, living life in her intended range.

Spent her life making sure the forest animals were nurtured and safe.
Diana of the woods let go of the human men – William and Rafe.
They could go live with others who wanted to be wives who deferred.
Living with animals in the forest is what she truly keenly preferred.

Her god father watched her from his high seat in Olympus, and smiled.
Saw his true daughter -a mighty formidable, happy centaur, and wild.
Her mother, her grandparents and great grandparents were proud too. Diana living the life that she had always wanted, so heartfelt and true.

Premium MemberHidden In Oak Forest

Unicorn had to find a good hiding spot.
So she chose the best place she knew.
Forest of the giant monster oaks.
She had permission of tree that grew.

You can hollow out a bit, he said.
I will maintain your secrets, keep you safe.
She had elf helpers who did the chiseling
Especially fond of head guy named Rafe.

Rafe assured her his brownies kept quiet.
She was not concerned, she knew them all.
This is how she came to hide in the oaks.
They kept her secluded, towering so tall.

No one ventured forth in this magical place.
She was free to roam whenever she chose.
People were terrified of this forest space.
They often are scared of luminous glows.

For at night the unicorns have a skipping dance.
The faeries, elves and brownies and butterflies galore.
They had so much fun their muses would prance.
And the oak trees kept them safe forevermore.
