Presets Poems

Premium MemberI Really Do Wish You The Very Best

I really do wish you the very best
You were really so much better than the rest

No, we didn’t know, no point in regrets
Life doesn’t come with its own presets

I will always love you; this is all my own fault
Me, selfishly trapping you within my own heart

I really do wish you the very best
You were really so much better than the rest

You were just trying to protect me by pushing me away
I’m not going to let myself forget that, go out and play

I am so more grown up than you may want to think
I will go bury my heart below once the sun does sink

I really do wish you the very best
You were really so much better than the rest

Come back tomorrow just wishing you the very best
Knowing you were just so much better than the rest

We will both rise from the heartbreak, and learn to live again
Where over the oceans my love for you I will still send

I really do wish you the very best
You were really so much better than the rest

Surrounds cast fawning more pain and pleasure,
bring it on, union or naught, clocked watchers,
measures measure, pound for pound, face to face,
Curt or wordy, conscience be top-notchers,
as precious song of convenience, eeks breath.
Stage of a day's bliss follow edge to edge,
affair due course of day's light, naught Macbeth.
Fingered tip trace a fashioned grin, lips wedge
made verse presets rhythmically, whispers
to soft caressed, infant coos to gold.
A mime mimics, entertainment lifters,
puppy love hugs, sweethearts caress, gramps hold.
Be he the fourth wiseman of the Magi?
Ascends a moon, grays an eye-fools goodbyes.

Premium MemberAnd the Angels Sing Grace

And the angels sing
And the angels sings
 Hallelujah
and the people bring presets and things
lay down yourself
and worship Him
Him whom is King of all Kings
And reign He shall
This world under God

Perhaps on hind sight they may decide to add more time they may fix the presets
to make
them open they may even be more user friendly but they missed it for the first time around
how can you pretend to knoeledge when you hoard it when you keep it from the whole
crowd and dish it out with the silver spoon as pablum carping in a stream. Refusing to be
sane and safe you LORD it over otheres no Lord no power in your hand but the gang like
backing of the others of your kind insisting on rules that neither help or edify the group you
seem intent on making a world of non believers full of sin and queerness restricted in the
use of all equipment not needing more than querulous food fed inthevieniously overhead of
all the smarter ones never will agree this is exactly what it look likes this attempt at poetry is
a poor ensample of a poor example of a poor man attempting poetry. In other word the man
attempting to convey to the reader a poor understanding.

The Bruised and Rotting Pear

Certain moments make this all worthwhile

'Random' presets left but to defile

Blink your eyes to see the flash of white

Blink once more to gain a different sight

Milliseconds gazing at the stars

In which I understood you as you are

And in that time the notion came to me

A sigh of love bled out of honesty

The story of a bruised and rotting pear

That learned to dance on wind and open air
